Pros:

Water in room

Cons:

Not even warm water for shower. Offered 2 rooms that were not what I paid for. 3rd time was right room. Stayed many times in Georgetown/Penang this was first time being charged 8% VAT in addition to the usual 12 ringit tourism fee. There are much better places for the tariff charged here.
