Had a room last minute also let us check-in early which was amazing!

Cons:

THE POOL WAS FREEZING🥶 IN JANUARY. My granddaughter was so excited to swim she's 5 and she couldn't because it was so cold😔

It was in a good area.

Cons:

The pool was freezing the lobby was extremely cold. our room was dirty. There was mold in the bathroom. They charged us more for the deposit than was said upon booking.

The room was dirty. There were visible stains all over the carpet, the loveseat had stains, the corners of the room, baseboards/carpet were filthy. It seems as if they surface clean between guests.

Cons:

I booked over a month in advance for 4 rooms for 2 nights. They were all on different floors! I mentioned that it was for a family gathering. Seems like they could have put us together with that much advance notice.
