The convenient location
No one came to clean room all days there, pool was very cold, not very nice staff
Location is perfect. Right by the freeway, shopping but far enough away where its quiet and peaceful.
The pool was freezing. This whole trip was centered around taking the kids swimming. Water was to cold for the adults to get in or the kids to comfortably enjoy it.

Not a lot of amenities! Hotel needs to be updated. Very limited breakfast options. ( not free) horrible coffee. Room wasn’t the best and balcony was really small and dirty.
I made reservations for four nights, only stayed for three night and now I can’t get a refund for the one day I pre paid for! I’m getting the run around , your staff lied and said they could reach anyone at the location I stayed at.. I called and person answered on the second ring.
The hotel is not clean you can feel the film on the carpet in the room. The hallways smell terrible. There was hair in the bed upon arrival

Not satisfied
I am disappointed with the condition of the room and service during my stay. The main issues were:
Strong smoke odor in a non-smoking room.
Unpleasant odor in the bathroom.
Leaking and malfunctioning shower.
Inadequate toiletries; items appeared partially used.
Rude and unprofessional customer service.
Refusal to provide a complimentary bottle of water in a discourteous manner.
These issues negatively affected my stay, and I would appreciate your review and resolution of this matter.
The sunset was insane. Very nice and clean overall but the balcony overlooking the sunset was amazing.
I liked i could open balcony door, quiet and friendly.
No breakfast on weekends, no place to replenish your water bottle, pool is cold
