Pros:

The street food available nearby was excellent. More like the comfort food a mother can cook than the generic food you can find in a mall. The appartment had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. Despite the hot climate, there were 2 A/C units. The maintenance service came by every other day and helped feel more comfortable. There might be other more luxurious appartments towards the center of Hanoi, but the price and proximity to VNU Hanoi (15 min. walk) were unbeatable at Minori.
