Pros:

Nada, en algo la atención de su personal

Cons:

Se hizo la reserva para 3 adultos en 1 habitación en un valor, cuando llegamos nos asignan una cama para 3 !!!, ni siquiera un sofá cama.
Nos cobraron $ 150 para darnos una cama adicional, un abuso.

Our stay was ok but wasn’t bad enough to not stay again.
Pros:

We liked the location and we liked the front desk lady, Ashley! She made us feel right at home. Very helpful and kind. I’ve never seen a front desk lady all over the hotel making sure everything was going smoothly. She’s an absolute jewel.

Cons:

We had a soft spot in our floor, several of the lobby lights and windows were leaking water from the rain, back parking access wasn’t the best and the beds were uncomfortable.

Dirty room, smelled bad, room card didn’t work
Pros:

Room smelled like animal, floor was dirty, and closet wall was damaged. Did not stay, and did not receive any refund for the two nights we didn’t stay at all despite cancellation policy only requiring one night room fee. It was bad enough that I took my children and left, and ate the cost of a two night stay while also having to pay for another hotel.

I was only there for less than 24 hours so it did what it needed to do.
Pros:

I liked that the front desk called me shortly after I arrived if my room was okay.

Cons:

It seemed just a bit run down compared to how much I paid for the room.
