My stay was brief but plesent
Old and dirty
The staff that we encountered were all extremely helpful and polite. They are what made this stay a positive experience. On the flip side the water temperature in the shower was not very warm, The breakfast was sub par, the biscuits were cold and hard, the beagle was the same, and the eggs / omelettes were similar in nature.
Very nice staff. Breakfast was a bit disappointing due to food not restocked after several people came in and got most all the items.
Lovely hotel, friendly staff, perfect for a stopover. Only downside were the pillows. They were half the size of regular pillows. It was a bit odd. Bed was comfy and the room was nice and big. Thanks.
OK
The property had great space as far as the layout. However it was dated. The bathtub/shower looked dirty even though I assume it wasn't. It need to be replaced or painted. My colleague had bugs in her bed and had to be moved to another room. Furnishings haven't been updated since the 70s. You get what you pay for. I should have paid more.
Faculty was old, unkept and very dirty. Walking barefoot on carpet and stepping into bathtub resulted in black dirt in the tub. I wouldn’t stay here again.
The room was dirty, There was a random shoe under the bed, and when we asked at the counter for shampoo for the room they said they didn’t offer that.
Room wasn’t in best condition tv didn’t work they said we would switch rooms in the morning and it never happened
Hall smelled like Pot and so did room. Could not stay with 18 month old, so had to cancel and find other accommodations. Also, no elevator and I am 79 with arthritis. Clerk was understanding, so I appreciated that. Now to see if I do get the refund promised.
No elevator. Room on 2nd Floor. We canceled our stay there.
Windows were dirty, carpet was damaged, no bath soap provided. Breakfast was mediocre, no gravy for the biscuits, No eggs with the sausage etc.
Nice place to stay in Laurel. Safe, quiet, clean and affordable.
The room had a smell, nasty walls and dirty floors. The place is too old to take folks money making it look good online and once I am their coming from Alabama for a wedding. I was soooooo disappointed. For one night I stayed in the smelly room I did not use the shower/bath it was ugly
The room was clean. The lobby was clean. The location was a bit awkward. My only issue was that the receptionist was laying on the sofa in the front lobby on arrival, and again when we came down to get our food that was delivered. I found it odd and unsafe. She was very very kind.
Needs updated and cleaned
very spacious & quiet
Had to leave immediately. Told front clerk Wanda to refund our money. Disgusting smell as soon as you walk in door. Room had mold all over ceiling. Stains all over carpets. Sheets had a cigarette burn on the. Pics attached
