Below my expectation
Pros:

The location is in the city center and close to many things around. the coffee shop down stairs serves great karak.

Cons:

the hotel needs major renovation. Walls are cracked, moldy; the bathroom door doesn't close, the sink stinks and there is a bad smell coming from the restaurant shaft into the bathroom. the whole apartment was very humid and moldy smelling.

Pros:

the staff is very friendly and ready to solve any of your problems. The hotel itself is a bit old, it's very humid inside and the paint is slipping off from the dampness. but I think it's a good place for the current cost, location, and season.
