No kettle in the room. But they did provide us with one after asking.

الستاف متعاون جدا ولبق و ودود. المكان نظيف ويقع في منتصف المدينه. كل شي قريب
المسجات التي ترسل للفندق عن طريق التطبيق لا يتم الرد عليها.
يا ريت الستاف يعرض علي بنفسه يشيل شنطتي حتى لو صغيره بما أنه يبان علي التعب
Not bad value for money
The room lock was broken . The cafe is basic and not up to standards. My request for later check out was declined even for one extra hour
تعامل الموظفون في قمة الاحترام وسرعة الاستجابه
جنب الفندق يوجد أعمال بناء من الساعه 6 صباح وحتا 6 مساء وكان الازعاج شديد داخل الغرفه ولم نستطع النوم
والساعه 3 في الليل ايضا يوجد ازعاج بسبب شاحنة النفايات التي تقف اسفل الفندق لمدة نصف ساعه الي ساعه تقريبا وكان صوتها مزعج ومرتف ويصل الازعاج الي داخل الغرفه🤷🏻اتمنى تغير النوافذ وتركيب نوافذ عازل الصوت
اقامتي كانت سيئه جداا جداا وانصح اي شخص لديه طفل لايسكن في هاذ الفندق حاليا الي ان يتم تغير النوافذ وتكتمل اعمال البناء التي تسبب الازعاج الشديد داخل الغرفه
