Please note that only weekly housekeeping services are provided. For a stay of 8 nights or longer, the provided weekly cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen and more. Fresh towels and linen can be exchanged at the front desk at any time. Additional housekeeping services are available for an additional fee. The grab-and-go breakfast served includes breakfast bars, muffins, mini doughnuts, coffee, and tea only.

All pre-paid reservations will require an incidental deposit of 100 USD - Cash only. A Debit or Credit Card is required for a 50 USD, Incidental Deposit at the time of check-in. A valid bank-issued Debit or Credit Card with ID is required upon check-in. Cardholder must be present with a physical Identification Card or Debit Card with Chip and Identification Card at the time of check-in, copies not accepted. The hotel does not accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, Cash, Pre-Paid Cards, Gift Cards, or any Nameless Cards. Credit Card provided will be authorized 24 hours prior to arrival to confirm a guaranteed reservation. Declined Credit Cards Reservations will be canceled.

The location. Proximity to downtown
It smelled. Everything was old. Sheets were not clean. I agreed for hangers and got an assortment of old hangers, random sizes and colors.
The bed was uncomfortable. Sofa bed in unspeakable condition
Staff was so kind and helpful! The immediate area didn’t have much but with a car restaurants and shopping was only a short drive away.
Still waiting on my refund and didn’t refund me for the extra day I didn’t stay there
Just the location, only because everything was in distance.
Alright, check this out the bed was hard, also very small even for a king. My towels had stains on them, keep in mind you have to pay for towels. Also when you walk in the building be prepared for the smell, even the rooms. Staff as well poor communication with each other. Moral of the story the price NOT! worth it, go somewhere with QUALITY of your stay.!
Gentleman that checked us in was rude. My boyfriend needed a restroom and the guy told him he didn’t have one he could use. The guy ignored him when repeatedly about it. I was upset because I seen that there was in fact restroom my boyfriend could have used by the exercise room.
They have a kitchen area but have no dishes or anything to use. Also what is the point of having dishwasher when there is no dishes.

Honestly the hotel is very unclean. I was told they’d change towels every 3-4 days and never did!! House keeping is supposed to go in on Thursday’s but nada. The elevator stopped working on our fourth day there and had to use the stairs. You can’t access the stairway from out side you must go in through the front entrance. Also I find it extremely important to have a smoke alarm in the room where there’s a kitchen but there was no smoke alarm. Also while trying to use the kitchen the lights kept flickering on and off. You do have to pay $5 for a towel exchange keep in mind

Only that it's a bit far from downtown
Mr Patel and his team were on top of their game striving to see to it that our stay exceeded our expectations!
Though the unit we were in had some minor damage from a previous guest, the on site staff worked diligently to ensue that we were happy and well taken care of.
Great parking, good space, clean kitchen (suite), comfortable accommodations, friendly staff.
Never checked in. Two deposits was a deal breaker.
Check in was slow, told me to pull around back to park
Not the best atmosphere. Was glad I only had to stay one night. Rooms are bare minimum accommodation.
