A decent hotel which is good for a quick stay. Best in a class business hotel... Rooms were well furnished. Cost benefit hotel. Very accesible to city centre and located nearby to nagaraja temple. The staff was s. Vanish is very friendly and good service. Thank you so much...

This hotel gives decent rooms with neat and clean interiors. Linen and mattress are well maintained. very decent and good looking interiors. Has no restaurant of it's own, but in a walk a way distance you can find many. Complimentary breakfast should be taken as complimentary only.

Hotel located on a main part of the Nagercoil town . And the rooms are neat and clean .
And valuable money price of the rooms.
And good service for front office & house keeping. And especially for vanish in good explaining the total area of the Nagercoil and kanyakumari. Good experience.....

Bathroom amenities are minimal, please carry your own. They have a small geyser in each bathroom, which definitely does not suffice enough hot water

I have stayed in this place more than 3-4 times in the past 5 years. It used to be a good place to stay and used to offer decent breakfast too.

This time, I found the room in worst shape possible, cockroaches inside the room and corridor, dirty bed covers and towels etc. etc. They also stopped offering breakfast. There is almost no housekeeping in this hotel now.

Please avoid this hotel until they renovate and improve housekeeping. Its in a great location but not worth staying for that reason alone.

Stayed here with family for a night, in the suite room.

The room was in the 5th floor, had good view. But, the cleanliness was average. Experienced a foul smell in the room. Looks like the guest stayed before us consumed alcohol and the room wasn't cleaned very well after the stay. The TV in the room didn't work, we had to call the service guys to set it right and the guy came into the room with his dirty chappal on, disgusting.

The room was a suite, per se, but the first portion is like a foyer and was of limited use. There was not much privacy we normally get from a suite. Bad design.

Another big degrade in quality is with the breakfast, the hotel was full and the (small) place to eat breakfast was always full, but what I didn't like is the quality of the food and the pace in which they refilled. Based on the previous experience, I expected much better.

One more major inconvenience was the cleaning staff sitting in the corner of every floor and chit-chatting or watching videos on phone (loudly). No hotel should encourage such behavior of staff. Quite disappointed.

If the hotel doesn't improve cleanliness and service, it might lose the glory it once had (and thats the reason people like me were booking rooms here again and again).

Located in main part of the town. Does not have an attached restaurant, but has a small hall where breakfast is served. Hotel Management arranges delivery of lunch / dinner in room, if one orders. Good vegetarian and non vegetarian hotels are available within walking distance. A nearby autorickshaw stand is there where 3 wheelers are available round the clock. Hotel does not have its own parking lot. Rooms are average. Number of rooms are not high. Rate it as Good enough for a one / two day stay.

It's really a nice experience... Good job by the room service people. Also excellent rooms at reasonable price... If any one visit KanyaKumari or Nagercoil choose Pioneer that definitely give a nice experience to you....

This hotel is just opposite to clock tower, of course close to city junction. Railway station and bus stand are with in a km. NAGARAJA Temple is nearby and walkable distance. Rooms are clean and maintained well.Complementary break fast is simple but ok.front office staffs are courteous.Being a new property it is ok for a stay now.one suggestion given to the management for improvement i.e. while entering the hotel reception a bad smell is emanating may be room fresheners are not used or lack of cross ventilation .

The place is very neat and clean, the check-in and chech-out were fast and the location is very central. My room was really spacious. The price is reasonable. Good wi-fi. Completely satisfied with my stay in the hotel.

Stayed in this place as a single occupant of a double room.

Booking was quick and easy over phone. They took the name and contact number and promised to block a single room, single occupancy.

When I arrived at the hotel, they said Single room isn't available and offered single occupancy in a double room for a few hundred rupees extra. It was not what i was looking for but agreed because I liked the look and feel of the receiption and exterior.

Check-in process was time consuming. The frontdesk staff was busy with something though I was the only guest checking in at that time. It took them more than 15 mins to give the key. The front desk experience can improve for sure.

This hotel is brand new. Only 4 floors are operation and construction work going on in the rest.

The room was new, neat and clean. The bed was big enough to accommodate two and the bahtroom was spacious too, but lacked an exhaust fan.

The cable connection to the TV didn't work most of the time, litereally there was no TV during my stay. I didn't care much because its just one night stay. For a longer stay, it would definitely matter. The hotel needs to take care of this.

Due to work going all around, there were noises throughout the day. Other than that the stay was peaceful.

They provided breakfast the next morning in a small restaurant setup in the ground floor. It was good breakfast despite the fact that there was no full fledged kitchen. I enjoyed the breakfast a lot.

Overall its a good stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone on a short visit to Nagercoil. For around Rs. 1250 per night, its value for money too.

This hotel is a nice place to stay in the middle of Nagarcoil town, The front office staff is intolerable and totally illiterate in terms of hospitality. This is applicable for not only the 1st person found in the reception, but all staffs subsequently came forward- looks like managers..
I never advice any one to think of this hotel only because of their attitudes. I stayed there with family on 26-05-2018 and my friend stayed there on 25-05-2018.

I stayed there from 27th to 28th Jan 2018. Nice ambiance. Complementary breakfast average. The staff in front office and room service were good. Ample parking space. Clean and neat rooms. House keeping really needs improvement.

With the new management pioneer, paradise rooms are absolutely clean,restaurant menu was nice and reasonably priced.service was excellent, and humble wish them all success in their future endeavours.planning a trip remember to visit pioneer paradise ,the oldest hotel of nagerkoil .

Rooms were not so clean. Smelling dusty. The bed was not comfortable. Except that the rooms were spacious, nothing is good. Located in the main city called Tower Junction. All shops, restaurants etc are located in this place. So location is good. If you have another choice, then avoid this hotel.

Rooms are very dirty in nature, no proper cleaning. No Proper invoice and restaurant is very worst. Toilets are not properly maintained. Lots of bugs inside the hotel also for a big window they have provided small screen. which is uncomfortable for ladies.

high price bu not worth for it, need more improvement in service as well as housekeeping. this hotel is situated in main place of nagercoil city, bus connectivity is good, food also not tasty as in tamilnadu typical taste

Please do not visit - Pioneer paradise in nagercoil... IT HAS GOT MOST DIRTY ROOMS.. SERVICE IS WORST

We arrived late in nagercoil and had already some strange experience in a another places cause we wanted to stay just for 1 night.
The first impression of the Pioneer "Paradise" was quite ok, with a modern elevator, friendly staff and big room. The manager showed us the different typs of rooms and we decided us for the cheapiest (non ac, old looking).
During check-in we had to pay 1000Rs (rent of the deluxe class) instead of 660Rs (rent of the cheap class) and got the keys for the room next to the room they showed us in the cheap category.
This room was worse than the showed room before (dirty bed sheet, bathroom door wasn't possible to close, a big hole in the bathroom to the street, you couldn't lock the windows and they told us it is not safe when you leave the windows open and finally after 10minutes one of the biggest cockroaches i have ever seen (some smaller following soon). We upgraded fast in the "deluxe" class (lucky that we already deposite the difference) where we had just one mini-cockroach and couldn't close the bathroom.
Only positive on this place: nice elevator and nice view,, friendly stuff (???)
We just stayed one night in nagercoil but wouldn't go again to this place. There are two other hotels close by so better check them!!!
