Pros:

Funcionários extremamente educados e prestativos, a localização é boa por ser perto do aeroporto e de fácil acesso, café da manhã satisfatório, o bolo de baunilha estava delicioso. A cama era bem confortável!

Cons:

A privada do quarto estava entupida, como assim?, alugam um quarto pro hóspede que não se pode usar o banheiro! O quarto tinha um cheiro estranho!

No geral foi boa, com exceção da dificuldade de entrar com as malas pela porta giratória.

O café da manhã estava ótimo.

Cons:

Não gostamos de uma porta giratória para entrar no hotel. Chegamos por volta das 22:00 horas, com 03 malas que, com muita dificuldades, consseguimos passar pela porta giratória enquanto um funcionário da recepçao permaneceu passivamente no celular e não nos ajudou. Na saída, no dia seguinte, após passarmos novamente com uma mala pela porta giratória, uma senhora, funcionária, veio e abriu uma outra porta ao lado da porta giratória própria para passássemos com as dmais malas. Ou seja, lamentavelmente, o rapaz da recepção poderia ter aberto esta porta para passarmos e não o fez nem na chegada e nem na saíta, pois ao sairmos, ele ainda se encontrava na recepçao. Fica o meu descontentamento por esta falha.
