Horrible after 2 days I am still suffering with bites. Manager Vinny Patel denied bugs or any compensation.

It was not a breakfast unlike other hotels . Coffee and next to that a box of cookies?

Cons:

I was satisfied with the process up until the booking was completed. However, upon arriving at the hotel, it became clear that there was no coordination between the hotel and the booking agent. My reservation had to be redone manually, and after providing my information three separate times, I finally expressed my frustration to the front desk.
To make matters worse, the front desk provided incorrect details about my booking and could not explain where that information originated. This raised serious concerns about the security and handling of the personal information I submitted online.
After my stay, obtaining a simple receipt became a nightmare. I needed the receipt for client reimbursement, yet every attempt to contact someone for assistance was unsuccessful — no one answered the calls, and I received no support.
Overall, this has been the most disappointing experience I have had with Booking.com.

The mattresses are very bad, not sleepable. Feels like a trampoline. You can't sleep on a hot air balloon.

Pros:

The comfort of the bed

Cons:

The mildew in the bathroom, the condition of the juice and coffee machines (unclean and rusty), the breakfast only consisting of corn muffins, the Ice box being dirty, not being provided with a bag to line it with, water splashed from sink faucet everywhere.

convenient, good price, moth infestation
Pros:

The bed, the staff, the price

Cons:

When I entered the building there was a strong smell of mothballs. There were dead moths too. My room smelled of mothballs and when I left everything I brought with me smelled too.
