I felt a bit insecure since the rooms are not connected to the front desk. Anyone can walk in since the rooms are very accessible, especially on the first floor. I will not stay there again because of it. Very paltry breakfast, no dining area.

Pros:

I had a long day and needed a quick place to find to get some rest and back to work and this was my first option due to its staff, location. I had no problems getting a room right away. The carpet seems to be recently updated along with its bed which for me a hard bed is great to rest. Is always good to see familiar, friendly, & hard working individuals. Easy check out even made it easier.

Pros:

The bed, I was very pleased with the bed as I have a sciatic nerve and sleeping in solid bed gets me a hot. Also staff, small laundry and a small grab and go breakfast

Extremely disappointed
Pros:

The closeness to the highway.

Cons:

For starters, the fact that their outside doors remain open worried me tremendously. The shower had extremely poor water pressure and the toilet didn't flush properly. The tub looked to have mold biild up. Then there was the "grab and go" breakfast. Muffins and tea bags. Not sure when the juice machine had been cleaned, there was rust all in it.

Cons:

We did not stay at this location because the overall condition of the exterior looked like a prison facility. The registration office was not located with the same building as the rooms and was almost camouflaged by the over grown landscaping. The registration room was also very uninviting. The clerk was of little help as we were trying to cancel our reservation. The Booking.com site was a very poor representation of the facility.

Never again.
Cons:

Arrived at hotel, found lock broken, had to carry my luggage in my car after checking in. THEN, overnight -another vehicle backed into my vehicle. Hotel refused to release surveillance video. BIG hit on my insurance.
