Very convenient, for a short stay for a few days highly recommended.
Pros:

Good breakfast (among our favorite in japan), very good and convenient location. Beds were also very comfortable. The possibility to grab a free ramen bowl in the evening was welcome and used a few times.

Cons:

Wifi was unreliable. Setting up room cleaning style via TV was also a bit unreliable. Wish to have more timing options for cleaning.

Biggest issue was the smell of the whole floor (11th floor). We intentionally booked a room on the higher floor to be away from the smoking floors - and we didn't smell any tabaco (which was great!). But the whole 11th floor, and in the rooms as well still had a very distinct and in my opinion strong "fresh plastic" small (or something similar). I'm not sure what is was, cleaning, or the walls/wallpapers, but you could smell it as soon as you exited the elevator.

The smell wasn't in the elevator, other floor (where the washing machines were) or in the lobby, where also the breakfast was. So maybe we got unlucky with the floor.

Great location, great staff, great time. Would recommend!
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, free drink with your stay. A lot of good amenities.

Cons:

Cheap toilet paper, couldn’t adjust to bidet.

アクセスも良くいつも利用しています
Pros:

ウェルカムドリンクが夜８時まで飲めるし
夜は　カモダシのラーメンが食べられるし　朝ごはんもメニュー豊富でおいしかったです
お部屋も清潔で良かったです
仙台に行く度にりようしています

Cons:

チェックインの際　スタッフがもう1人いれば
待たされなかったのにと思いました

Une valeur sûre
Pros:

Très bien placé près de la gare. Bon petit déjeuner. Le lounge est un vrai plus avec les boissons chaudes et froides ainsi que la glace. Lit confortable.

Cons:

Bien que rénové, les chambres restent relativement basiques, en particulier la salle de bains.
