I’ve stayed here before and it has always been comfortable

Cons:

I need someone to answer my question about this charge. I prepaid for my hotel and I was told there was a security deposit for incidentals. I was told it was. $100 charge I was charged 176.55 so what was the 76.55 charge?

I’m confused and I need this answered and rectified

The staff were not very sympathetic to the situation that I was dealing with at the time. The security guard was very rude and dusrespectful.i was dealing with someone who we were trying to get into a rehab I explained that to the front I was real clear on why we were their I did not receive my security deposit I told staff he was not himself something was wrong and we trying to get him help. So I'm going to contact who ever owns this establishment I'm taking them to court..

First and last time
Pros:

Disappointing on all fronts

Cons:

Bathroom was unclean, bar soap was left over from the previous guest, no toilet paper, shower was rusty and moldy, floor was dirty, hair from the previous guest was on the sink counter, air conditioning had mold and smelled noxious, bed was stiff and boxy, walls were paper thin and neighbors were loud, found a beetle or some kind of roach crawling in my shoe at one point, and my key cards stopped working after a day and needed to be replaced.

Disgusting! Our flights were cancelled and we had to get something quickly and near the airport, it was late we were tired, the tub was absolutely filthy!! I mean nasty. We saw 2 roaches☹️.. housekeeping the next day told we had to leave at 11 although the staff the night before told us we could do a late check out at 12. She actually called the police and said she heard someone yelling for help! I can’t make this up!! Terrible experience

I wouldn’t recommend
Pros:

When booked our rooms , it showed Breakfast included. So we were mentally prepared for that and we planned accordingly. Later found, no Breakfast included, it’s a cheating and false information in website. It’s not the first time. Couple of times it happened.

Cons:

Bed makes noise when you turn in your side. Bathroom fittings are old and kind of damaged.

Decent
Pros:

I feel like the room was overpriced. It was decent, but the TV didn't work. When we complained, we were told that nothing was wrong with it. Our cards kept locking to get inside of our room. We were told that if our phones were out, the card would deactivate. Our phones were nowhere near the door. The wifi didn't work at first.
