I liked that our room was at the end of a hallway...away from all the noise

Cons:

The first room literally smelled like rotted animal. Water was discovered all over the floor as it appeared the fridge had a malfunction.
The second room did smell better but was not very clean. The inside of the door looked as though mud had been sprayed all over with what appeared to be indents too. The top of the microwave had scratches with a very small amount or residue that my partner believed to be from drugs. The bathroom had black mold. I am still alive but it hasn't been a week to see about long term effects.

i had a good time at the concert that we went to, meet a few people had a few drinks

It was close to the arena the we went to for the weekend we found the area shopping stores without any problems. Places to eat places to get to very quickly and safely we traveled in the downtown area enjoyed the view.

Cons:

problems with the room that we first had move to another room because of the shower fixture and the condition of the plaster that was falling into the shower. the room that we got was a little bit better but we had a problem with the door locking had to make a physical adjustment just to lock it. they asked for a deposit of $100.00 dollars and that would be returned to credit card i asked for a receipt but was told that booking.com would return it to me. i have not received the $100.00 yet only $75.00 of. i am looking for a full refund of deposit. i would like to know if i will be getting that any time soon. i will be calling to check on this matter.

Average and we stayed there becase we had an early flight.

An excellent place to break up a travel day
Pros:

The location, its close to the airport but not 'noisy close'. If one is traveling East and can't get a redeye or flight that lines up with ones destination (I had a few hours drive to do from Rochester) then this is a great place to break up ones trip.

Cons:

It wasn't marked to well from the street, it appears to be a repurposed building, so it took me awhile to figure out I was actually there. There was a lot of humidity in the building but the air conditioner kept it from effecting my room.
