The receptionist was very kind!

Overall cleanliness could have been better... Also the "blanket", was a thin blanket sandwiched inbetween 2 flat sheets.

The best part of our stay was the shuttle drivers. They were helpful and courteous.
Pros:

It’s close to the airport but in a bad section of town.

Cons:

The lady who checked us in is miserable. She acted like we were an inconvenience and when I asked her any questions she acted like I was an idiot. Not pleased with her at all.

I’ve stayed here before and it has always been comfortable

Cons:

I need someone to answer my question about this charge. I prepaid for my hotel and I was told there was a security deposit for incidentals. I was told it was. $100 charge I was charged 176.55 so what was the 76.55 charge?

I’m confused and I need this answered and rectified
