Valley Forge Casino Resort

Safe parking, great location!

There were only two outlets in the room, only one by the bed and one on the wall. Not great for charging phones. There were large groups of people there and a definite smell of marijuana. It did not feel safe. When we checked out at 6:45 there was no one at the desk.

Folks were partying in the room 3doors down and also they gave us a room that I didn’t reserve and plus their slots are rigged

The staff was amazing but the layout of the property was a maze we had to go to the other tower for our rooms.. And there was no pool facilities when we arrived. Yall should give a discount or coupons when the place doesnt have all the ammenities listed. Some pople really enjoy the pool. And we didnt get to use it.

The staff was very nice. I lost my wallet, staff found it and found me to get it back to me quickly.

Love it at Valley Forge! Great location, great food options at the King Of Prussia Mall…OMG they just opened an Eataly there…. These are normally found in Italy btw

Back to Valley Forge it’s a cool hotel and the Reno recently done has made it so much more apron my opinion

Definitely a place to come and spend some time with friends or family or both

Room is clean. Beds are clean and comfy. Will stay again on this hotel when we’re in the area.

Staff made us feel right at home. They were out going, funny, helpful, and very easy to have a nice conversation with. Just like family. Customer service knocks it out of the park every time. Stay here 4-5 times a year and I look forward to my next.

The only thing I did not like is there was only two handicap parking spots and they were always full, so I had to park very far away and I disliked it

Great Boyd property to visit. Did well at the casino and the rooms were spacious and clean. Would def stay here again.

Everything was great

The service at this hotel was not good. I called on Monday morning asking for a new iron because the one in the room didn’t work. I was told it would be delivered to the room. When I asked how long it would take, the lady on the phone abruptly said it would arrive when it arrives. I waited 45 mins and nothing came to the room. I eventually left without ironing my clothes and was late to my meeting.

The staff was also unable to get me a package which was delivered to the hotel for 2 days. They kept promising it would arrive every time I ask and it never did
