Never again until new managements gets it right.
Pros:

No breakfast in hotel or walking distance available.

Cons:

No street sign advertising the hotel?! No sign over the entrance?!
Suites have a kitchenette but no plates or glasses or silver ware. Totally empty cabinets.
No soap or shampoo.
No coffee machine in room or downstairs.
Hallways dirty need vacuuming.

Pros:

After a 5 hour drive, 8 hour work day, i arrived at the hotel to be told my reservation was cancelled at 2:30 that afternoon, because they were overbooked. Zero notice. The woman at the desk tried to stare me down, like I was just going to take that and leave. After having to explain to her how unacceptable that was, she said they could have a room ready in an hour. OK. I get back, room is ready. Room was clean, bedding and towels good.Hat tip to housekeeping. Stove did not work, so I could not cook the food I had just bought(one of my main reasons for booking here). It was obvious that no one there had ANY hotel experience, and were thrown into their roles without proper training. There's more, but I'm exhausted. Spend the extra $20 and stay in a real hotel.

I was afraid for my safety in the room I was in after it was deemed unsafe to stay in.
Pros:

The location was close to my work facility. It was very convenient to get to work. Also, they served coffee in the morning. Not too many other things I can say I liked about this place.

Cons:

My room was deemed unsafe and instead of moving me to safe a location, I had to stay in my room and wait until my reservation was over to move myself. I should have been moved and or not charged for the extra days after my room was deemed unsafe.

Awesome stay while it lasted
Pros:

This was my second time staying at Extended Stay America in Malvern. The location is great! There are many stores around and Wawa is not far. This hotel is in a safe location and it's always quiet. The General Manager Sharito is awesome!!! She is so caring and has excellent customer service. Sharito made me feel like I was at home. She was kind to me and answered my questions. Sharito Staff were great too!! I just found out this hotel was sold and I am saddened by this news. It won't be called Extended Stay America no more. Sad because this hotel was affordable for me and it was home to me when I was away from my home. I don't know if I will stay at this hotel again with the new management. It's not going to be the same.
