Location was good.
The noise from some of the guests and the weed smell is getting from time to time. One guest was yelling at 5am outside in the parking lot then came back inside and continued yelling. Very irritating. The sofa did not pull out into a bed as it was broken.
Location
The couch, the bed, utilities, no housekeeping
staff were professional and polite room comfort and clean and quiet
the elevator was out but staff offered to help me with my luggage
Nothing
Was disgusting and smelled horrible
El lugar muy bonito y accesible
La cosina super extraña el baño super incomodo para bañarce
We arrived for our stay & the hotel overbooked themselves and couldn’t accommodate our reservation. Still awaiting refund.
Stay any place but here staff is rude and unwilling to help places dirty and should be shut down
That I canceled and got the hell out of there
I didn't like anything there.I didn't have no hot water for the first two days.I was there for 5 days.I never got no housekeeping, no towels, no toilet paper. The hallways was filled with dirt everywhere.I had a t v with no sound for 5 days
Everything is pretty much negative one hair so I don't have nothing good to say about this hotel or the people that work there disrespectful not helpful. The blow dryer and the bathroom was harmful. Filled with dirt, sticky, nasty, and the bed was torn all on the sides. I added the picture at the front desk that says you have free internet coffee maker in the room and I had none of those things.
everyone was professional and polite
Worst place I’ve ever stayed
The manager is rude and doesn’t know how to talk hands down the worse I’ve seen and has a lot to learn.
For sone reason they weren't taking any guests, even though I had booked it on Bookings, com. and I saw other people coming and going. I could not quite make out what the problem was. I think they were saying they had no maids to clean the rooms. So I was left hanging. I had to go to some other motel.
The only positive part of the experience was the front desk employee, who was doing his best in an impossible situation.
Unfortunately, the hotel appeared to be severely overbooked and understaffed. Upon arrival, we were informed that rooms were not ready and may not be available in a reasonable timeframe. The property itself was poorly maintained, with grass that looked like it had not been cut in weeks and was approximately three feet tall in some areas.
The front desk employee explained that he was the only person working the property, handling check-ins while also attempting to clean rooms himself. He openly admitted that the rooms were not receiving a proper cleaning due to the lack of staff. Additionally, there were not enough clean linens available to prepare rooms for arriving guests.
Ultimately, the employee recommended that we cancel our reservation because he could not guarantee that accommodations would be ready. While I appreciated his honesty and effort under difficult circumstances, the overall condition and management of the property made for a very disappointing experience.
La habitación super linda y comoda
La berdad todo nos gustó
The shower was comfortable. That is about everything that was actually nice about the hotel, I am still typing to help fill your meter cause I mean it when I say the only nice thing about the location was it had a comfortable shower.
The place was severely understaffed to the point that it took me over an hour to check in since the man running the building was a new employee and the only person there. The maid hadn't shown up for work that day so the solo employee was juggling trying to work a system he was not fully trained on, answering the incoming phone calls, answering the questions of customers distracting him from the current customer he was attending to, and trying to clean rooms in the little free time he had. He had his wife helping to clean the hotel and she was not an active employee just to try and keep things on track, I bear no ill will to this man it is all to the management of the location that left him alone and unprepared. The situation resulted in having to wait an hour for him to handle 2 customers ahead of me before I was able to be checked in and I had to consent to receive an uncleaned room, which I did consent to since I simply needed the keycards and a place to store luggage as I had another activity to attend in the city. Additionally a secondary friend of mine who was at the same property had his keycard fail the second night and he was left stranded in the lobby with no trace of a staff member in the building to assist him in getting back into his room. The police were contacted and they managed to get ahold of the single staff member so my friend could return to his room. As far as the facilities in the room, the bathroom door hung slightly on its hinges and needed to be raised to latch when attempting to close it, the mattress on the pullout couch was a sickly yellow with no sheets provided for it, the front of the oven had a damaged skirt plate, multiple parts of the floor felt spongy and uneven while walking around on the third floor. When checking out of the facility between 8 and 9am I saw no one at the front desk once again to handle any procedures so I simply left my keycards on the front desk and walked out.
