Pros:

Location was perfect, and the rooms were wonderful.

Cons:

A function was on next to our room in the ballroom, very loud until very late. My sister walked to the ballroom twice to ask them to keep the noise down- reception did not answer phone calls.

Très bien pour visiter la province de Krabi en famille.
Pros:

Très bon accueil, personnel au Top, hôtel bien situé à 8 mn du centre.
Chambre incroyable avec piscine privée au RDC.

Cons:

Petit dej correct, manque des plats halal !

Would highly recommend
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay here recently. The hotel is exceptional and the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in! The staff are also amazing, particularly Neen and Mabel. We had a very noisy fan outside our room and they kindly moved us to a quieter room and were so helpful.

Prima hotel om even bij te komen en Ao Nang te verkennen
Pros:

Hotel ligt net buiten de drukte op korte afstand van het strand. Ruime kamers en nette badkamer met douche en apart bad. Personeel erg vriendelijk, alle openbare ruimtes en de kamer waren erg schoon. Wij hadden een kamer met directe toegang tot het zwembad en dat was erg lekker ligbedden erbij. Zo het water in en we hadden het zwembad vaak voor ons zelf want het was niet druk.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was ok. Had iets uitgebreider gekund. Er was wel rijst/nasi maar de gerechten erbij waren beperkt, het was ook niet allemaal lekker warm. Personeel maakte steeds weer een netjes bergje van het eten dat nog in de schaal lag maar het waren maar kleine bergjes. Saladebuffet ook elke dag hetzelfde. Je moet borg betalen voor een strand handdoek, op zich helemaal prima, maar geef dan ook wel een lekker groot badlaken mee.

We had a great week in Ao Nang
Pros:

This hotel is in a great location. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room had its own private pool and the bed was so comfortable.
Don’t confuse this hotel with the Blue Sotel on the main road, this one is behind the main road and is much closer to the beach.

Pros:

Rooftop bar/pool are amazing.

Cons:

Breakfast was really quite ordinary and definitely not worth the B450 extra we paid or was quoted at time of booking. The B250 all-day breakfast at the downstairs resto looked much better.

very chilled and relaxed
Pros:

was a very lovely and relaxing and experience. My masseuse was Junny who applied just the perfect amount of pressure for my royal Thai massage. She was so kind and made sure i was wholly comfortable at all times. the receptionist Mew was also super friendly and polite and helped me and my mum to select the perfect massage for us. overall great experience and good value for money.

I had a foot massage for an hour! It was bliss! I feel truly relaxed! Kae my masseuse was excellent. Super talented. Always checking that I was ok Mew who took our booking made us feel special and welcomed us with a great smile and friendliness! She offered us extra discount as I booked a massage for my daughter too. Lovely tea on arrival and tea and cookie afterwards. As there was some street noise, they gave me a neck and shoulder massage as a free extra! This was amazing! A taste of a full Thai massage experience Lovely ambience. Very relaxing. I would recommend. I feel super relaxed. Enjoy if you come too!

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The service was top-notch from start to finish, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible reception team. A huge thank you to Mari, Neen, and Mabel for their warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home and were always ready to help with a smile. The hospitality here is unmatched. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back
