I feel very bad for the staff on the rooftop. Today at noon, I went up to use the service at the bar. I walked to buy drinks, but what I saw was two female employees sitting focused on their mobile phones without paying attention to me at all. They were sitting like that, but what made me feel very bad was what the staff was paying attention to, which was online gambling. I don't know if this is normal for here or not. For me, it's a great disrespect to customers!! I walked to buy drinks again and again. There was no sign of them taking their eyes off the mobile screen. I feel that they are not like people who come to work but more like they come to rest.👎😩

Modern hotel in good location
Pros:

The Blue Aster Spa was at the hotel. A perfect location to get a massage and then go up to your room to sleep. Junny was an excellent masseuse, making sure to check if the pressure was adequate. Friendly, with good English. The hotel itself has two pools. The rooftop one has a bar with a gorgeous view overlooking the water at sunset. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms.
