Pros:

Breakfast , friendly employees

Cons:

The cost to stay another 2 nights. We paid 144 for two nights and when I wanted to add two more nights the cost was 124 plus tax each night

The location was great

Cons:

By far the dirtiest hotel we’ve ever stayed at the floor was covered in what looked like bodily fluid stains and was not vacuumed, the hotel looked vacant upon arrival and parking lot was piled with trash, the TV in the room had no working channels and staff didn’t care to help until after checkout, cars did laps around the parking lot blasting music until almost one am, the key card for the room were crusty and were reused without cleaning EVER. Lots of sketchy individuals in and out of hotel during the day, definitely not the safest feeling stay.

Cons:

The only door that locked was the 1 going into the main office. The other doors had the locks ripped out of them. The bed was hard and had holes in the wall.

Nasty expensive place
Pros:

Nasty dirty place, pool wateris green, elevator has old food on floor and wall. Bought disinfectant spray to help place smell better. Had to go to a safer cleaner place.

Clean and reasonably priced
Pros:

Property clean inside, room clean, breakfast room clean and well tended. Breakfast choices were waffles, cereal and sausage gravy and biscuits, yogurt and juice.

Cheap and comfortable
Pros:

Room was clean and the staff was extremely nice. The lady behind the desk handled herself professionally while dealing with a very unruly guest.

Cons:

Rooms appeared to be under renovation but not complete. New Swig next door cause a lot of traffic issues getting in and out. The line wrapped all the way around the hotel.

Pros:

Don't stay here!

Went to the room and basically turned and walked out, beyond unsatisfied.

Dirty floors, broken drawers on furniture, nonfunctional lamps, sheets did not look clean. Pictures don't even remotely grasp how poor of an establishment it is.

Zero stars.
