The overall start was decent.
Pros:

The facilities were clean and Milracle was the best. She ensured our check in was smooth and suggested several options for our family to dine in the area.

Cons:

A late night security guard racial profiled and harassed my husband. The manger, Shannon, followed up on the event and ensured that the employee would be reprimanded.

Crazy they put us in the room we were in. Hotel wasn’t that busy.
Pros:

The room was nice

Cons:

Staff wasn’t too friendly. The room we were put in was in a construction zone with a full work crew working after we traveled so far it was weird and hazardous. Hammering at 8 am on Sunday was not how I wanted to wake up. Bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Cons:

Trying to get to the property. Because there is a very circuitous route, instructions should have been shared. I spent a lot of time driving through nearby neighborhoods in an effort to teach the hotel.
