Located close by Memorial Park, security gate is nice feature, room very comfortable.

Pros:

Nice hotel. Clean comfortable rooms. Nice staff. Decent breakfast. Getting in is a little tricky if the restaurant next door is busy. Gated parking lot. You can hear noise from the interstate

Incredibly warm, helpful staff
Pros:

Stayed here last night looking for the easiest way to get back on the highway to Austin after seeing a concert in the Heights. Was not expecting much after having to enter through the parking lot of a Mexican restaurant, but this place was incredibly clean, had a solid breakfast spread and the hotel STAFF IS WONDERFUL. I generally think of limited service hotels as kind of interchangeable but I would 100% stay here again. Shoutout to Milracle and Kalyone.

Great Value and Welcoming Atmosphere
Pros:

First time visiting for a wedding. The hotel is clean, the amenities are standard (which is great and meaning: it's got a gym, pool, dining area, breakfast area, and decent coffee and tea selection). All of the staff is super sweet and welcoming (front desk, maintenance, housekeeping,etc). The room is decent sized with a microwave, fridge and free WiFi.

Overall for the value, I would definitely recommend staying here and would come back next time I'm in the area.

Lo mejor es la manager Shannon Hines, una persona excepcional dispuesta a resolver los contratiempos, amable y muy servicial. Gracias a ella mi estancia fue excelente. Que increible toparse con personas fuera de la caja con el fin de atender. Muchas gracias

The overall start was decent.
Pros:

The facilities were clean and Milracle was the best. She ensured our check in was smooth and suggested several options for our family to dine in the area.

Cons:

A late night security guard racial profiled and harassed my husband. The manger, Shannon, followed up on the event and ensured that the employee would be reprimanded.

Crazy they put us in the room we were in. Hotel wasn’t that busy.

The room was nice

Cons:

Staff wasn’t too friendly. The room we were put in was in a construction zone with a full work crew working after we traveled so far it was weird and hazardous. Hammering at 8 am on Sunday was not how I wanted to wake up. Bed was extremely uncomfortable.
