Avoid if you are a light sleeper.
Pros:

Breakfast is good, location is good and bed and pillows comfortable.

Cons:

Avoid rooms facing the train tracks if you are sensitive to noise. Trains pass very often all night and are super noisy. I couldnt rest well the first night. Staff kindly changed my room to one facing the High Way.

Cons:

Property shares access road with some restaurant. Frequent blockage makes accessing property. Also cops are blocking road and you need to tell them you are trying to access hotel. Also they are making up rules about one way traffic while they do nothing to unblock one car which took forever to drop people next to restaurant...
