Clean, helpful place to stay but very squashed rooms.
Pros:

The location was really good for exploring George Town. A bus stop was nearby. The staff were really helpful.

Cons:

The rooms were a lot smaller than the photos show. We had premier rooms but they were still very small and one of our rooms had a large pillar in the middle of it. Breakfast was Asian style but hardly had any fruit.

Pros:

Breakfast was lack of variety. It's the same menu everyday, and we stayed for a week so eating the same thing for a week is a bit.. unsatisfactory

Cons:

There were so many things that needed to be fixed in the room. Our bathroom door broke 2 times, the fridge wasn't cold, and the safe box keeps ringing that we had to keep on asking someone from the front table to come and fix them.

Everything's good except for the noise. If you end up with loud neighbors next door. 😮‍💨

Muy buena situación
Pros:

Los trabajadores muy amables, nos cambiaron de habitación por problemas de ruido. Además el último día salíamos muy temprano y nos ofrecieron desayuno para llevar. Esta muy céntrico, justo al lado del metro por lo que es muy fácil moverse.

Cons:

Un poco ruidoso.
