die gesamte Anlage schön gestaltet, Pool, Sitzgelegenheit am Fluss, mit Essensmöglichkeit.
Zimmer mit Balkon gross, für 2 Personen sehr komfortabel.
Das Frühstück war dem Preis entsprechend.
Und vor allem für den Geschmack von Asiaten.
Die Plastikstühle auf der Terrasse.
Insgesamt ist die Terrasse nicht sehr schön eingerichtet.

The golf cart driver is enthusiastic, cheerful, speaks politely, and is considerate and helpful in providing service.
1. Complimentary items weren’t delivered to the room. Staff insisted that Guests had to walk to the restaurant and carry them back themselves — even in the rain.
2. Only 2 welcome drinks provided for 4 guests — had to ask for the rest.
3. A 3% surcharge was added for credit card payments — quite surprising
4. Only one floor towel provided, which we had to drag between the bathroom, toilet, and the outdoor jacuzzi area.
5.at restaurant, Drinks were served long after the food had already arrived at the restaurant.
However, I hope that my feedback serves as a constructive reflection to help improve your services and prevent such issues from happening again in the future.
The room was very clean and bathroom was clean with air-conditioning in and out.
The breakfast is good but i did not like the way that they bring all the food.at.once mot
Lovely hotel on the river, great place to eat and drink.. The staff are brilliant, everyone was helpful and friendly. Room was a nice size, mini bar too.
Bed was very hard, shower wasn’t great either both need to be changed.
Spotlessly clean, staff are so friendly and helpful. Food at the restaurant was very nice, good choice. Breakfast buffet was good, eggs cooked to order.
Wish they had somewhere to dry your swimsuits and towels.
