Great location near WVU.
Pros:

I've stayed here a few times before when visiting Morgantown for events at WVU. It's easy to drop the car and have most of town within walking distance. The rooms are nice, the hotel is historic and very clean, and the staff is wonderful.

Cons:

I stayed for a few nights and was not notified that housekeeping would not be visiting my room. I came back late in the day to find that housekeeping hadn't visited and I needed new towels. After asking at the desk, the employee told me they'd look into it but nobody ended up showing up.

They double charged my stay and was unable to refund...
Cons:

The staff was unprofessional. They were not able to properly apply my reservation through Bookings.com and double charged my stay. Furthermore, upon calling them, they were not able to find record of my reservation and refused to refund or follow up. I wonder if they actually have a collaboration with Bookings.com at all? Do they have any proper recording of reservation, client payment or online platform payment, at all???

Pros:

The room was very clean and nicely decorated.

Cons:

The phone in the room didn’t work. When I told the front desk, the staff said the phones haven’t been working in a few weeks. I’m don’t understand why they didn’t let us know when we checked in.

Unique historic hotel in the heart of town. Completely renovated and modern. Restaurants nearby.
Pros:

Unique old hotel, totally modernized. Great location. Restaurants within walking distance.

Cons:

The valet parking requires you set up a parking account and pay separately from the hotel charge.

Great location downtown
Pros:

We stayed twice on our road trip here, mainly due to the location. Love to walk around and great cafes and restaurants . The rooms are nicely decorated . Great free coffee in the morning. Easy parking

Cons:

Breakfast selection did not offer any GF options. Some electrical things did not work (plugs, lamp). The phone was there but we could never connect to front desk
