Great facility and staff, just need to upgrade key system
Pros:

The staff was great! Very kind, helpful and efficient. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and it was very quiet (despite being very full!) Parking was convenient.

Cons:

My key didn't work the first time, and it took several minutes/tries to get new keys programmed. It seemed as though several people were having this issue as one of the staff members (I assume maintenance) was busy working on several doors. I also heard one guest had been there at least 2 nights and continually had issues with her keys/lock.

Not what I was expecting for the price.
Pros:

Breakfast was decent.

Cons:

Not having to walk up the steps with luggage. Refrigerator was sitting in middle of floor when we got there. Not plugged in, opened the door there it was. No ice machine on our floor.
