Loved the service by staff, super helpful, super nice

This hotel was immaculate. The room was posh, the food was delicious and in great variety, the location was convenient, but the service there was the part. The Club lounge staff was amazing. Their warm, hospitality and ability to execute was exceptional. Abbie and Tee very helpful and general pleasant throughout my stay. And Money was an absolute joy. I will definitely be staying here again!

Such a great experience. Everyone who worked here was very accommodating and friendly and the hotel itself had very nice/well taken care of amenities. They even have a club lounge at the hotel where they serve breakfast, hors d’oeuvres and have a cocktail hour. Great place to relax and/or work. Abbie was very helpful and made sure to let us know all the information we needed. 10/10 on the service here. Next time we’re in Ho Chi Minh city we will try to book this hotel again.

We stayed for 3 nights during the Tet holiday and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The lounge was fantastic and the food was delicious. Overall, the guest experience was warm, professional and very welcoming.

Shout out to Emma, who assisted us with the check-in process. She was incredibly helpful, attentive and supportive throughout our stay. We truly appreciated her excellent service made our trip even more memorable.

She also recommended that we watch the Lunar New Year lion dance show at the hotel and we were able to enjoy the entire performance. It was such a special and festive experience.

We felt genuinely well taken care of and will definitely be coming back to Renaissance for our future stays. :)

We came to this hotel about 14 years ago and love everything about the hotel. From the location to every staff members was so friendly and nice. Thu helped check us in and she also helped check us out today. Thu was very pleasant and professional. Her English is so amazing and she provides us 5 stars services. I’d definitely return to this wonderful hotel in the future. Thank you Renaissance Hotel for a wonderful home away from home stays!

We had a wonderful stay at the Renaissance Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and we immediately felt welcomed.

The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed with modern touches. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided. Everything was well-maintained and exceeded my expectations.

The hotel also offers a beautiful view of the river, which made the stay even more relaxing and enjoyable.

The staff at the breakfast lounge and afternoon lounge were especially professional and friendly. They provided excellent service, always greeting guests with a smile and making sure everything was perfect.

The hotel facilities were excellent, and the location was very convenient. Whether for business or leisure, Renaissance offers a perfect balance of comfort and style.

We truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at the Renaissance Riverside in Saigon as a family of three during Tet. What made it special was the overall experience. No single moment defined it, but the way everything came together.

We stayed in a suite with lounge access, and even during the busy Lunar New Year period the service felt personal and sincere. The lion dance in the morning and the Tet evening show added a wonderful festive atmosphere. The lounge was especially busy on Tet night, yet the staff remained attentive. One team member in particular went out of his way to check on guests and even refilled our wine himself, simply to make sure everything ran smoothly. It felt genuine, not scripted.

The daily thoughtful touches in our room, wine, sweets, a cheese platter, made us feel truly welcome. After we returned to Denmark, we even received a personal email from the hotel manager mentioning our family and our journey home to minus seven degrees.

It was the accumulation of many small, considerate details that made this stay memorable. We would gladly come back.

The hotel is amazingly central; faces the River Saigon and in the heart of so many attractions! The staff are helpful, warm and so welcoming (welcome drink and candies!) — especially the staff at the Reception, and in particular, Ms. Truc! Knowledgeable about all matters related to the hotel and the city, she is also highly professional, seamlessly mixing warm Asian hospitality with western norms.

I would highly recommend this hotel…for either business or pleasure!

Yuki and Tommy were very friendly to me. Tommy recommended a wine for me and it was very delicious. Yuki was vey kind in three ways. First, she brings me delicious nuts. Second, she pours me an extra glass of wine. Finally, the best thing that she gave me was a beautiful smile and wonderful conversation about Vietnam.

I had an outstanding stay thanks to the hospitality of the staff. The property itself is older, though well taken care of. But the reason I will keep choosing this hotel is the excellent service.

Abbie in the Club Lounge went above and beyond to see that my stay was as comfortable and easy as possible. When you travel a lot, you realize that great staff make all the difference.

The location of the hotel, near the Saigon river, and being within walking distance to city activities was great! The hotel has a beautiful welcoming atmosphere. The room we were in was very neat, clean and tidy. The view was impacted by the construction being undertaken, however still stunning.
The value overall was reasonable.
The noise was not a problem at all, unless there was an event being held at the hotel and then it was a major issue and quite disturbing.
The hotel staff were most professional, warm and helpful. They were able to assist us with all of our requests!

I had a wonderful stay at Renaissance Riverside Hotel and truly appreciate the thoughtful service from the team.

Upon request, the room lighting was changed to white light, which made it much easier and more comfortable for me to work in the room—an excellent attention to guest needs.

At check-in, front desk officer Truc gave me a very warm welcome. She kindly shared a Ho Chi Minh City map and treated me to delicious cookies from TripAdvisor. Throughout our conversation, she maintained great professionalism with a genuine smile, which helped me feel relaxed and welcomed—especially meaningful as it was my first time visiting Vietnam.

Upon departure, Ms. Tue at the front desk ensured a smooth and efficient checkout process. She also proactively offered assistance and coordinated staff support to help carry our luggage to the taxi, which made leaving the hotel completely stress-free.

Overall, the hospitality and service quality were outstanding. I would gladly recommend Renaissance Riverside Hotel and look forward to returning in the future.
