The facilities may be a bit dated, but the exceptional service more than makes up for it—and then some. A special thanks to Navigator Ms. Money at the Club Lounge, who went out of her way to help me secure an Executive Studio with an exquisite view of Me Linh Square and the Ba Son Bridge, despite staying during a fully booked weekend.

We have stayed at this hotel for many years. While the hotel itself is in a great location and has nice facilities, what sets it apart is the wonderful caring staff. They always make us feel like family. We had especially nice service from Money and Chau in the lounge. Chau was determined to learn how to make my wife’s favorite drink. She mastered it. Thank you again.

Our business organized an event, and we received very enthusiastic & friendly support from Newt, who helped us transport heavy items.

It was out first time to visit Vietnam. After our research, we found Renaissance Riverside Hotel Saigon as a viable option due to its location and good reviews. We were not wrong. Location is perfect! But stop is just outside the hotel, walking distance to restaurants, Notre Dame, Saigon Opera, Ben Thanh market, etc. All the hotel staff had smiles in their face and very accommodating and helpful. We did not mind the hotel being dated since it was well maintained and clean. I check the caulking in bathroom hotels and this was done nicely :) The value with paid is very reasonable considering it is a 5-star hotel. The hotel had a fully staffed gym, spa, and pool. For sure we will be coming back to Vietnam and staying at Renaissance!

We couldn't possibly have bee more impressed! From the warm and gracious welcome to the individualized attention consistently provided throughout our three day stay, the Renaissance Riverside Hotel provided a home away from home which was difficult to say goodbye to. The accommodations were attractive, spacious and convenient; the breakfast, afternoon tea and lounge menu was as diverse and beautiful as it was delicious. Staff moved seemlessly, greeting patrons with generous smiles and genuine kindness. We don't always reflect on a hotel stay as among the highlights of our vacations. In this case we do.
Special thanks to CHAU TON in Club Lounge for making us feel like family. She will always hold a dear place in hearts. We miss her.

Great location near the river. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Food offering was varied and good. Roof top bar gives a great view of the city.

Excellently located hotel at Me Linh Circle facing the Saigon River, this 25-year old hotel ground floor was renovated and has a beautiful lobby and reception desk. The staff is excellent and went above and beyond to pamper the guests. Our room has direct river view and roomy for a one king bed. The bedroom and bathroom are older and could be renovated to match newer hotels nearby. This hotel offers great value for its offerings.

Our stay was amazing. Customer service was second to none.

Amazing stay. Loved the roof top pool, gym, spa, and room! Super clean and safe. Bed was incredibly comfortable!!!!! All hotel staff were friendly and made great recommendations on local activities. Hotel lobby was nicely decorated with the New Year decorations and the restaurant had amazing food. One of the best breakfast buffets that I’ve had at a hotel!!! Would HIGHLY Recommend and I would stay again!!!! Thank you!!!!!!

This is my first time in Vietnam for solo trip. I meant Tommy at liquid sky bar. He is informative and gave me a good recommendation for food and drinks. As well as Hana his assistant had provided a good services.
