Dont have a fan in the bedroom
the uncle at the front office was very attentive to my request. last minute I requested for extra bed, and he tried to accommodate it. he even helps me to change the room and bring the mattress, prepare it in my room. despite of fully booked because it's Hari Raya, the uncle was very kind to help me. Iron board is in front of the stairs to use which is very convenient.
nothing. I guess the kindness of the uncle makes this property great! oh, only no lift, so I think it's difficult if you travel with old folks or bring big luggage.
could be better to have breakfast in the hotel.
The location is near to town.
good location..not busy..near the grocery and food shop..
bathroom inside lock broke..when i tell to the counter staff he didn't respond...

Poor service, unfriendly front desk staff. I will not recommend it to my friends and will never book this hotel again.
Basically, for the very last choice of hotel to stay, adaptation at your best.
You have to reconsider again and again for the next visit. Maybe yes (if there's no other hotel that is available) but for sure no.
