Fine for a night or two, could be a great hotel with some TLC
Pros:

Great location and very friendly front of house staff

Cons:

Everything was damp, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, the floor were dirty, the towels were cheap and the size of wash cloths, horrible pillows, it took 3 days of continually asking to get house keeping

We had a late check in and staff was kind enough to make the check in smooth; we were supposed to get the key in the loc

I loved that I felt welcome. The area was peaceful and comfortable. No problem with noisy renters.
Pros:

Excellent reception upon arrival. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great. It felt very peaceful, overall.

Cons:

Overall, the room was clean, but we found some hairs in the bathtub and sand or dirt on the floor next to the bed. Other than that, it was in good shape. I enjoyed my stay and will return again.

I didn't like where the ice machine is located. I felt a bit nervous because it was in the back of the building and it felt a bit creepy.

Pros:

It was quiet. On major thoroughfare. We decided to stay another night and no hassle getting same room.

Cons:

Floor wasn't clean when we checked in but they cleaned it the next day when I asked.

If you want someone who appreciates your business and booking DON'T STAY HERE !!!!
Pros:

What a HORRIBLE customer service experience. I booked a room to stay at this Inn. Before our stay I called the Inn ahead of time to cancel our reservation because of illness. The inn said I had to call the booking agent. I called the booking agent who then had to call the inn and the inn ignored the booking agents 4 calls over 30 minutes. I tried again 2 hours later and after 3 attempts to get the Inn to pickup the phone on the 3rd attempt the Inn answered and said there was no manager to authorize and they would not be helping. The booking agent emailed myself and the Inn to confirm they knew I was trying to cancel. This morning the Inn tried charging me the full amount when the maximum cancellation amount was supposed to be 1 night. I contacted the Inn in more than enough time before the date listed for cancellation. What Unbelievably HORRIBLE customer service. I was willing to change my dates or do something but the Inn was completely unwilling to help.
If you want someone who appreciates your business and booking DON'T STAY HERE !!!!

Pros:

The property was fine. It was very clean as well. Throughout the whole area, it was a nice little picnic area next to where there's a breakfast and lunch restaurant matt morton, seventy five feet away..

Cons:

They're basically with nothing that I didn't like the property was fine.The manager was fine as well.Very cordial, it was a very good stay and I would definitely make a point of coming back.And the price was good through booking dot com..

Close to beaches and Newport.
Pros:

They did do some updates to the rooms but need to finish painting, caulking to complete their updates.

Cons:

Owner could've been a little more friendly and smiled a bit more.She didn't seem too happy.Uou gotta fake it to make it.But not everyone can be happy.
