Pros:

The staff was very gentle and kind. Cleanliness was superior and made the stay comfortable. Hot water available right away. The staff left the heat on all the time which is a must, when the weather is so cold..

Cons:

Some aspects of the front need urgent arrangements to look better, but the insides are very comfortable and well cared..

While decent, overly priced. Bathrooms are small and if you're looking for mediocre, this works.
Pros:

The Inn was okay. The rooms did seem to be updated which helped make it feel a little better. The bed was decent however the bathroom is small and the sink didn't drain.

Cons:

The cost of this Inn was way more expensive than I would have paid for considering what we got for a room. The bathroom was small, the electric plug on one side of the bed didn't work either and there was no iron in the room and the only way to get one was to go to the front office which didn't open until 9am. Unfortunately, we did not have many options considering the Jazz Festival was that weekend and everything was booked. I would not chose to stay here again, unless you're okay with mediocre.

Good, clean, safe spot to use as your base for an overnight or two
Pros:

Location was very convenient to URI where I was traveling to. Clean. Pleasant front desk. The motel was very busy. There was a restaurant on the premises, and it was convenient to other eating spots. Very spacious room with couch and kitchen and the bed was comfortable

Cons:

The outside could sure use a facelift. Lots of peeling paint on stairs and doors and walls. Very dated interior which surprised me because I thought I read that the motel had recently done some updating/renovating. The rates being charged led me to imagine something modern. The real and only true negative was that the curtains and blinds didn't sit tight enough into the window frames and light, both artificial( the motel keeps their very bright outdoor lights on all night long) and actual poured into the room and was so annoying and disturbing. Bring a sleep mask!
