Fabulous. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
Pros:

The staff stood out at these apartments. They did everything with a smile, and nothing was too much trouble. Sadly I had a medical issue that meant I wet the bed. They went out of their way to treat me/us with kindness and respect

Cons:

Breakfast was fine, but might not be what western people are used to. It was very nice though.

這次訂房時有折扣碼所以又便宜了些,整體體驗還是好的~下次還會考慮住這!希望下次入住時所提的建議都能看到改善更好!

訂房前爬文有些人說進房間有霉味此次倒是沒有感覺到
床品毛巾都很乾淨無異味門房及前台態度都很好
尤其門口有個小伙特別有精神跟笑容
門房是輪班的~如果能夠更機靈的注意在門口下車的房客車輛幫忙開門接物品會更好
要求高樓層離電梯遠也有配合要求
若是第一次到訪適合選擇此處
附近都有購物商場及各種吃食非常便利
走路到一些熱門地點也很方便
多天停留的話住這邊感覺很寬敞舒服
下次還會選擇住這

房內只有電插座沒有電子產品的USB及C TYPE插座覺得有些不便
能夠與時俱進並且闡明在房間設施介紹會更好!
客廳地毯和沙發布建議可以定期清洗觀感會更好
外送員無法進入大廳外送物品都要放置在一樓門外~會有點不方便
希望往後能有更有效率的方法
畢竟晚上還得下樓著實不太實際跟便利

Lage ist sehr zentral und gut an die Metro angeschlossen.

It's a big hotel, but it thinks small. Everything is in Chinese. We thought water was complimentary. Apparently, a relatively larger bottle of water costs extra. They wrote it in Chinese. They charged an exorbitant price for a bottle of water, 55 yuan! They also take a deposit, but it's never returned. They say it's with my bank, but the bank says it's their responsibility. I'm dealing with this ridiculous procedure. No international hotel has this practice; they refund it directly upon check-out. I will never stay there again.

Pros:

These apartments are very spacious, clean and comfortable. It comes with a washing machine and dryer. It also has a kitchenette and sofa that lets you feel cosy as if you're at home. Beds are super plush and soft. Customer service was excellent, we communicated in English and it was not difficult at all. Location is good since the shops are right outside or a few minutes walk away.
