I paid a rate to get a room with volcano view in one of the top levels, however, I did not get one of those, nor volcano view nor top level. The staff are very friendly and attentive.

Please take note of this: when the front desk is staffed entirely by men, the service provided to another man should not be any different. As a man, I can easily sense when a few male front desk agents feel "threatened" by the presence of another man.
Service should remain professional regardless, but in this case, it wasn't. I did not appreciate how the front desk personnel handled my check-out. I didn’t even receive a receipt for the late check-out payment.
Work on that, Holiday Inn.
The staff was very friendly. They had security in the parking garage. Overall great but the only thing we did not like was the flooring in the shower area. It was slippery and my kids fell several times, I would recommend using water shoes or putting a towel in there so you don't slip.
The room was big and clean and staff friendly and helpful. Service overall not worth the price. Not the cheapest hotel in the area and no breakfast was included, it advertised a safe in the room but the safe was pay per use on my previous visit it was free, it was included with the price as it had been included on other hotels of the same chain in other countries. When I asked about these issues, some made up answer was given to me that was obviously a lie. In any event, cleaning staff was wonderful, front desk staff was helpful. Service and policies are not worth the price, other hotels in the area provide better service for comparable rates. Will not stay her again.
