Beautiful place. Staff is very helpful with arranging anything you may need.

The spa experience was amazing. The front desk staff was really really good. They made sure to make all the accommodations for our transport to and from the hotel, as well as if we wanted to leave the hotel to get food or to head up the main island.

I had the best experience at Blu Zen. The staff was kind and incredibly helpful. The rooms were beautiful and clean. We had several pools to choose from. The food is delicious. The boat runs all day until late night so you won’t feel like you are pressed for time. I will return if I visit Caye Caulker again.

This is a great place to stay if you are looking for solitude. The condos are absolutely gorgeous, modern, and spacious. There was a beautiful view of the ocean from the living room couch. The staff was super responsive and customer friendly.The only thing is this is the northern part of the island and it is not that developed yet. So there is not a lot of things you can walk to. However, they do have a boat shuttle that is an 8 minute ride to the other part of the island that has much more to do.

2 bedroom penthouse was large, master was huge and spare had two bunk beds. Food was good but there are only two restaurants at the resort so you’ll get tired of them quickly. Not a lot of food options unless you take a ferry to town. Would like to see more entertainment and options at the resort.

I loved the serenity of the property every room faces the ocean what could be better than that. Staff was welcoming and accommodating especially Elvi who was very pleasant and went above and beyond to get us settled in. In my opinion food was mid and could improve but it wasn't terrible. Overall I loved this property and chill vibes it was perfect for a recent. For others who are unfamiliar with the area every thing requires transportation by boat. A shuttle is provided at no cost to guest by Blue Zen to the village where the main water taxi terminal is as well as other dinning options. However ,if you want to go to San Pedro or back and forth to Belize City that will be in by water taxi which is a cost.

I needed a break from a hectic, city life. Blu Zen was the answer. It is a very private, beautiful resort with the kindest staff - shout out to Erica, Jiro and Elvi! And Chris, the driver! Time just slowed down, while I enjoyed a fabulous birthday massage and dinner, reading, restful sleep and the cooling tradewinds. I've added Blu Zen to my short list of favorite getaways and plan to visit again.

Probably one of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at. The condos were AMAZING, food was incredible, and the staff were awesome! The best part about it was the cleanliness because I am very particular when it comes to that and I had zero complaints. Will be returning very room.

We stayed from 7/8-7/13-2025 mosquitoes was terrible. We housed A3. Didn’t get any sleep itched all night, BedBugs kept us up. Had to visit the pharmacy to purchase Benadryl.

Property was nice overall. Very clean and modern. There was alot of sea moss on the shore that had a smell but other than that it was nice.

My wife and I stayed at BluZen & it was an excellent experience. You can tell the staff takes pride in the property as it was always clean. We were looking for a peaceful place to stay and BluZen was perfect. The room we stayed in was really nice & had everything we needed. We also loved the water shuttle that we could take to the south island whenever we wanted. We definitely plan on coming back.
