Great option for a stay in Melbourne, offers clean modern rooms at great price with good facilities
Pros:

I also asked to stay here as its all round a good option location, breakfast area, good rooms although I now ask for street side room as prefer the extra light. If I can get a room under $200 a night its a great value option in a city with a lot of good value options - will always come back when here on business

Cons:

Room this time was right in front of carpark but otherwise hard to fault this hotel

Great location, comfort & general facilities. Cost of parking needs to be upfront before booking
Pros:

Great location, easy access to the hub of the CBD & South Wharf. The pool & gym facilities were good.

Cons:

Buffet breakfast had a good range - the hot breakfast items a little limited which may have been to the space available (Mexican beans on morning, mushrooms the next, no roast / grilled tomatoes).

$35 a day for parking was excessive - if we would have known, we would not have booked this accommodation.

Bellissimo hotel, moderno, centrale e giovanile con ottimi servizi
Pros:

Ottima colazione, struttura bella e moderna e posizione comodisima. Piccola ma bella la piscina riscaldata, comoda anche la palestra. Stupendo il rooftop con vista sul Yarra River

Cons:

Le uniche due cose negative erano che la camera aveva un odore un po' strano inizialmente e mancavano gli appendi asciugamani

Location and the Fleet Bar

Cons:

No lounge to wait in after check out.
Room was freezing, in room control did not change temperature of room and we had to ask the front desk to rectify.

Enjoyed my stay , will visit again

The staff was very friendly and Loved the roof top bar

Cons:

The neighbors would come and go most of the night and the noise was pretty loud, but the road nise was minimal

We had a great stay and would recommend but our penthouse would have benefited by voils on both windows - one overlooked

Excellent location , friendly staff , amazing views good value for money

Cons:

Not much just a few tweaks - a ramp on entering,, difficult to access with larger suitcases
