Pros:

Loved the extremely helpful front office staff, the porters, the fact of there being 24 hour porter service, the bright, clean, spacious studio apartment and the brilliant location close to Sloane Square. Without doubt the best holiday accommodation my wife and I have ever encountered. Sometimes, booking online can lead to disappointment. On this occasion we were very pleasantly surprised.

Our studio appt was fantastisch, having a full kitchen and utilities. A unique and classic appartement building, art decomstyle. Really upper class.

A great (second) stay at Nell Gwynn House
Pros:

I love the convenient location of the property, within 10 minutes of Sloane Square & South Kensington tube stations, as well as numerous buses. The office staff (& porters) were extremely helpful & friendly. The apartment was quiet, clean, & well equipped with essentials (eg. pots, pans, iron, etc). The flat was compact, but comfortable, with good light. The building also has an interesting history, which adds another dimension. The building itself is well maintained & in beautiful condition; making it apparent that staff take great pride in their jobs.

Cons:

The flat was too warm (& many would love this, lol) much of the time. The staff kindly turned off the radiator in the bathroom, which helped & there were fans to use in the flat. I've lived in a 1930s flat in London, which was also very warm. It could be to do with the nature of the 1930s architecture/construction, as well as a communal boiler system possibly in operation. The windows could be opened fully, but the blinds would have to be opened fully as well, compromising privacy.
However, everything else was great & I will probably stay again...
