Kindly note that standard occupancy is for two adults sharing a double bed. Should you require the use of the sofa bed during your stay there will be an additional cost per night.
A room clean and linen change is only carried out once a week for stays of 7 nights or more. Additional daily maid service, cleaning and towels are available upon request at additional cost. Please contact the property for details.

Localização perfeita, edifício com história, limpeza do espaço e com todos os utensílios necessários. Sensação de segurança por ter porteiro 24 horas/dia.
A claridade a entrar pelas janelas muito cedo pela manhã. A cortina não tapa toda a janela.
Appartement très propre et trés bien equipé, bien placé pour visiter monuments, magasin et pharmacie juste en face. Pour mon prochain séjour surement je vais séjourner dans cette etablissement.
Pas de climatisation.Je utilise tres rarement, mais pendant mon séjour tempartures a été élévé.J'ai eu 2 ventilateurs a disposition et ca été... Internet ne fonctionné pas, mais heureusment j'ai eu accés sur mon telephone et ca na pas ete derrangant.
Location , value for money , practical
The heating in apartment 137 bathroom could not be turned off after Multiple attempts. This made the whole flat very hot & to use the bathroom.
Secondly in this weather the Ac in the room was not working & needed service .
In summers these 2 points are worth considering
Very convenient location, great kitchen facilities and friendly staff at reception.
It could do with updating a little in some areas, scuff marks, scrapes etc, but only a minor point.
We spent a total of 15 nights at Nell Gwynn in 4 different units and found them all to be extremely well appointed and well located. The beds were very comfortable and having a washing machine in the room was a huge bonus. Also appreciated the heated towel rails for drying towels since the untis are not serviced.
We experienced a heat wave whilst staying and the fans provided were not particularly effective at cooling the room although better than nothing.
We did find the reception staff very indifferent and impersonal. No 'welcome back' although we were returning guests each time we checked In (a computer system weakness rather than actual staff).
Its very central and safe. Close to the tube.
Sometimes it seems that with different companies running different apartments there is a gap in what is available or who to see if you want something

Excellent location, close to good shopping, restaurants and two choices of tube. Easy check in and they were helpful when we needed a sofa bed made up. Useful to have a full kitchen and washing machine after a week if travelling about.
We were on the ground floor overlooking Sloane Avenue so was noisy when we opened the windows, which we needed to do as warm weather.
