Kindly note that standard occupancy is for two adults sharing a double bed. Should you require the use of the sofa bed during your stay there will be an additional cost per night.

Un très beau séjour dans une très belle résidence
Pros:

L'appartement est très beau, il paraît tout neuf comme sur les photos du site.
La cuisine est très bien équipée : lave-vaisselle, four,micro-onde, lave linge (saufs quelques casseroles un peu usagées). et pour en profiter un commerce est tout proche.

Il est très bien situé : à 10 minutes du métro.
Il est très confortable, et calme.
il n'y a a pas de volets (pour les français habitués) mais des stores mais c'est le cas de tous les immeubles autour.

Le personnel a été très disponible et sympathique avec un check-in très rapide fait en 2 minutes.

Cons:

2 points un peu négatifs :
- Les vitres sont bien double vitrage et on n'entend aucun bruit de rue depuis le salon.
Malheureusement, dans la chambre de notre appartement (213) la fenêtre était mal construite et il y a un vide avec le cadre : l'air froid passe et on entendait la rue comme si la fenêtre était ouverte.
En espérant que la fenêtre est réparée maintenant, sinon j'ai calfeutré le vide avec du papier essuie tout et la sensation de confort était bien meilleure.

- Attention, nous sommes arrivés un dimanche et la résidence nous avait indiqué que les cautions ne pouvaient être payées sur place que pendant les heures de bureau, du lundi au vendredi et que sans caution, nous pourrions être refusés , nous avons du envoyer nos informations de carte bleue à l'avance :
prévoyez une e-carte bleue ou carte bleue virtuelle valable une fois pour le montant de la caution (500 livres)

Pros:

Das Studio befindet sich in einem interessanten alten Gebäude im Stadtteil Chelsea. In Fussnähe befindet sich die Einkaufsstraße King‘s Road mit tollen Einzelhandelsgeschäften, Restaurants, Cafés und Pubs. Mit dem Bus 11 ist die Inner City gut zu erreichen.

Świetna lokalizacja w bezpiecznej okolicy
Pros:

Super miejsce w bezpiecznej okolicy! Bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament z przemiłą obsługą na recepcji. W bliskiej odległości Sainsbury. Wracając wieczorem czuliśmy się bezpiecznie w okolicy. Z czystym sumieniem polecam!

Very unfriendly staff and the security deposit of £500 was exorbitant after the room

The location was close to my family I was visiting

Cons:

The porter wasn’t friendly and unwilling to store my suitcase for a few hours. He said they don’t have any left luggage space.

The receptionist was very hostile and unfriendly when checking in

I couldn’t connect to the WiFi during my entire stay. I complained and it wasn’t resolved.

Et fan deixar una fiança de £500 i tota l'estada vam estar amb tensió per deixar-ho tot bé.
A la nostra tornada ens van dir que havíem trencat la porta del congelador quan ni l'haviem fet servir. Per sort, ho vam arreglar amistosament però la mala estona no te la treuen.
Ho miren tot amb lupa així que reviseu absolutament tot a la vostra arribada.

Pros:

Located in a prime spot within a beautiful building that features a reception desk, this apartment is spacious and offers a lovely view. There is a grocery store right across the street, and several more shops and small, affordable restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away.
Two different metro stations are reachable within a ten-minute walk. The management is kind and communicates well (their office is conveniently located right in the building). We visit London for a week every five years, and this has been the best value-for-money accommodation we’ve had so far.

Kiváló lokáción, szép és recepcióval rendelkező épületben lévő, tágas, szép kilátású lakás. Szemben is élelmiszerüzlet, pár perc sétára még több üzlet, kisebb, kedvező árú étterem.
Két irányban tíz-tíz percre van a metró. Jól kommunikáló és kedves üzemeltető (ott van az irodájuk az épületben). 5 évenként jövünk egy-egy hétre Londonba, ez volt az eddigi legjobb ár-értékű szállás.

Cons:

The condition is exactly as shown in the pictures. It has no real faults, but here are a few minor notes: Since the original built-in microwave doesn't work, there is a separate one provided, which admittedly leaves very little counter space in the kitchen. We couldn't find any cleaning supplies (brooms, etc.), HOWEVER! Halfway through our 7-day stay, cleaners arrived and tidied the place—this wasn't mentioned in the original offer; it was a wonderful extra service.

Mivel az eredeti mikrosütő nem működik, van egy másik, de így valóban nagyon kevés hely marad a konyha munkafelületén. Nem találtunk takarító eszközöket (söprűt stb.), VISZONT! A 7 napos ott tartózkodásunk alatt félidőben jöttek a takarítók és kitakarítottak – ez nem volt az ajánlatban – ez extra szolgáltatás volt.

Perfect central London stay in a historical apartment block. Highly recommended.
Pros:

A beautiful studio apartment, tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. Situated in a prime position near the Kings Road… easy walk to either South Kensington or Sloane St Tube. The porters at reception were fab… always so polite and helpful. The building is gorgeous and my room was nice and quiet.
