Kindly note that standard occupancy is for two adults sharing a double bed. Should you require the use of the sofa bed during your stay there will be an additional cost per night.

Excellent location and apartment size, safe, no AC
Pros:

Excellent location. All you need is around you. Spacious apartments. Security is high.

Cons:

The apartment selected which is 829 had no AC or bidet spray. We were lucky the weather was cold and we didn’t need it, but if you’re going in summer, be careful. To be fair, they offered a fan. Note that there is some apartment that have AC and bidet spray but not 829.

L'emplacement. Un quartier calme, proche d'une supérette et non loin du métro c'était top.

Pros:

Ruhig und doch zentral gelegen, perfekte Lage in Gehdistanz zu zwei Undergroundstationen. Nette Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Kensington und Chelsea. Das Appartement hatte alles, was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt nötig ist.

C’était vraiment formidable. Je recommande vivement à ceux qui veulent visiter Chelsea et ses alentours.
Pros:

L’établissement est très bien placé. Le personnel était accueillant et surtout quand on rentre dans l’appartement, on se sent comme chez nous. Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans un super confort. La cuisine est fonctionnelle.
Le métro est à 9 minutes de marche. Et il y a un magasin express juste en face qui a une machine à café à la vanille délicieuse.

Cons:

C’est vraiment pour chipoter mais la plaque de cuisson, je l’aurais préféré en induction.

Great stay in very centrally located apartment
Pros:

I loved the property - the location was fabulous! My apartment was perfect for one person but would have been small for two as it only had a double bed. Should you be a couple, they advised me to specifically book an apartment with a king or super king bed. There are two nearby tube stations - both about ten min walk away . A small sainsburys is across the street and Whole Foods is a five min walk.

Nell Gwynn is a very good choice in the best area of London

Edificio di prestigio in ottima posizione. Molto utile il servizio di reception 24/24. L'appartamento da noi scelto è ben decorato e fornito di tutti gli elettrodomestici e sufficientemente spazioso, sicuramente più della media degli appartamenti londinesi simili per tipologia. Buon servizio di pulizia e biancheria.

Cons:

Fornirei macchinetta per espresso, migliorerei la chiusura delle finestre della camera da letto (avevamo richiesto intervento, ma non ci hanno considerato) sostituirei i vetri satinati con vetri trasparenti in cucina perché a me i vetri satinati hanno dato un senso di claustrofobia. Il televisore in cucina, sarebbe utile se si capisse il suo funzionamento. Il panorama dal nostro appartamento non era un granché.

Comfortable and well located in Chelsea but with a few management issues.

Location very good. Comfortable apartment in a quiet area. Hi

Cons:

No manual for appliances, and no initial information. Paying a large deposit came as a surprise although this was promptly refunded soon after leaving. Cupboard was used as storage that made it difficult to use. Problem with faulty door lock that suggests more proactive checking by the property.
