Kindly note that standard occupancy is for two adults sharing a double bed. Should you require the use of the sofa bed during your stay there will be an additional cost per night.

Great location and a fabulous historic building that is well maintained providing all the conveniences needed for a wond
Pros:

Lovely place to spend a week in London….historic, safe and convenient (easy access to transport and a sainburys 2min away) Our room (322) was light and well laid out with everything we needed for an extended stay. Would love to return and recommend.

Cons:

We had issues with the plumbing which was solved v promptly and happily.

Cons:

A lot of insects. We stayed 3 nights and didnt noticed first night but my mom was bites from insects or bed bug more than 10 spots and we ruined our travel so I asked them for a true apology or compensation but they made a fun of us at office. Manager old girl kept me asking why didnt insects bite you?(me) so I was embarrased but they were very rude so we had to leave early.
We do have pictures. So I will continue.

Cons:

Маленькая 2-х местная кровать. Диван кровать с провалившимся матрасом, взрослому спать неудобно.
Кухня очень маленькая, это больше кладовке, чем кухня.
Персонал безучастный. Иногда даже забывали здороваться.
Апартаменты изношены, требуют ремонта.

L'appartamento aveva un bel bagno,cucina frigo forno a microonde lavatrice lavastoviglie quindi completo di servizi,posizione ottima metro molto vicina fermata stazione Sloane o south Kensington. Punti per pranzo e cena ugualmente vicini market proprio a due passi poi farmacia e ristoranti idem

Cons:

La stanza in questi giorni di soggiorno non è mai stata pulita e la culla che avevamo richiesto non è mai stata portata in stanza.
