Pros:

I did not know about the airport shuttle, so I took a taxi. I liked my room. The heater seemed to be air conditioning instead of heating. I finally turned it on vent, which was on. My in-room phone didn’t work, so I was unable to order room service. U paid extra to enjoy the breakfast buffet. I liked this hotel despite its problems & will give it a second chance.

The check-in process was less than five minutes. They were able to give me a great idea of what time to be back at the airport the next day and booked the shuttle.

Pros:

Check-in was a nightmare! I arrived at midnight and there was a huge line and only 2 people attending with an obsolete check-in process.
The staff was courteous but the waiting time and midnight was inaceptable
