Mucho por mejorar y cambiar. Mi estancia estuvo muy incómoda. No me hospedaría otra vez ahí.
Pros:

En general el personal amable y atento.

Cons:

Las habitaciones necesitan una remodelación y mantenimiento urgente.
La alfombra y los muebles están viejos. El baño tiene tina pero el desagüe estaba tapado, se hace alberca. La regadera super vieja, no puedes disfrutar de un baño a gusto porque el agua sale para todos lados y se sale de la cortina de baño (Necesitan canceles de baño, por favor. Las cortinas de baño se usan en hoteles muy viejos y baratos). Las toallas raspan de lo duras que las dejan.
No hay servicio de valet parking por lo que debes ir a estacionar y traer tú mismo el auto. El estacionamiento está de película de terror, con techos demasiado bajos, con columnas que estorban para maniobrar, con ductos de los aires acondicionados en niveles increíblemente bajos. Un amigo tuvo un percance con su camioneta precisamente porque estos ductos estorban.

¡Nunca se hospeden ahí si les gusta la comodidad!

Buen servicio y atención en área de comedor.

Cons:

No servía la válvula de la regadera. Tuve que usar la llave que llena la tina.
En recepción nocturna, supongo que el ejecutivo estaba cansado de su turno y no fue muy amable.

Al día siguiente, extravié mi llave.
Le pregunté al mismo ejecutivo si habría algún cargo por la reposición y dijo que el día de mi salida me darían el monto.
Le pregunté si podía darme un aproximado (a pesar que el sabía que no habría cargo) y dijo que iba a checarlo.
Al momento de darme la reposición me dijo que no habría cargo.
No extravié mi llave a propósito.
No había motivo para que le molestará mi petición ya que siempre fui educada con él.
Siempre evitó el contacto visual. No es atento.

Excelente trato del personal y servicio Las habitaciones muy bien aseadas y los colchones suaves. Tiene mesa para trabajar y una silla ergonomica

Cons:

No sé podía cerrar la puerta del baño los colchones eran demasiado suaves por lo cual si te hacías a la orilla sé podía caer uno de la cama. Hacia frio por lo que no pudimos disfrutar de la alberca
