Just for the food
Pros:

I liked the breakfast it was delicious i order a burger and it was delicious as well.
The staff was really nice and helpful, i had some printing to do and they help with everything.

I specifically choose this hotel due to the pool but it was not available during our stay and it was not advertised, on booking it still showed outdoor pool, maybe the hotel occupancy was almost full cause they assigned one very far room from the entrance, i try to order room service but couldn’t used the phone from our room it never went trough then i had to go on line and go trough call center on my phone cause the hotel phone was nowhere to be found the confirmation message read link to whatsapp but there was no link, on the tv was the option to room service then when i call to confirm my order 20min later they said it did not worked i better call, then the burger took almost 40min to be ready, also one room was directly to the parking with no lock or safety nearby, it did not feel safe.

Cuándo llegamos el baño, tenía en las paredes restos de cabellos, y la segunda noche que pasamos ahí nos dimos cuenta que se lo había entendido a la cama y sacado la basura porque estaba lleno de tierra, el piso y escondieron una envoltura de galletas que habíamos comido en la noche anterior, al lado del buró

La atencion de la recepcionista que reaccionó rapidamente y con eficiencia al problema. No tuvimos agua caliente. Cuando propuse que como compensacion nos pagaran el desayuno gizo lo necesario para conseguirlo rapidamente!
