Second room was ok, first room was miles away from anything useful.
Pros:

Whenever you book through this platform you always get the worst room. Staff gave us a room that was so far away from the facilities that I had to ask for another one. Someone else dealt with my request.

Not a luxury hotel very cheap amenities offered don’t work
Pros:

Center location was good

Cons:

Tv not working, pool was empty not working, tried ordering room service phone didn’t work. Employee went out of her way to come to the door to take our order she was amazing. Also, they offer continental breakfast for free but its literally not that its coffee fruit and cereal, thats not contential breakfast but I guess every hotel is different.

La ubicación

Cons:

Elegí ese hotel por la alberca y cuanfo llegué había un aviso de que estaba fuera de servicio. Ya tiene tiempo así al parecer. Sería bueno quitar esa amenidad al momento de reservar ya que justo por la alberca decidí hospedarme ahí.
