Pros:

○号棟を予約したのに、違う部屋を案内
システムのせい、本部のせいといい案内までの時間はかなり取られる。
受付の方は常に悪くないという態度で、誤りもしない。

○号棟を予約しても宿側の判断で案内されることについて、予約のシステムをすぐに改善すると受付の方は仰っていたが、本当なのだろうか…

掃除もゆきとどいてはいないので、床掃除をしてからの滞在となった。

Pros:

クレジット前払いと現地での二重払いになってしまいましたが、丁寧に返金対応していただきました。
2階もある部屋で広々泊まることができました。
