Good place to stay, but need new keurigs and quiet guests
Pros:

I liked the fact that the room felt like home and that we had a nice size fridge with a freezer in it.

Cons:

They gave us a room with a Keurig that was broke and did not work. They need new ones. They also let some guests stay next to us on our final 1-2 days of our stay, and they made noise all hours of the night. We called the office twice and they still made noise.

Great price, nice and clean room in a great location.
Pros:

The room is of good size. There is a desk that I can work with. WiFi is working well. The room is clean and the smell is clean. Onsite parking is also available. Elevator is old-fashioned but in well working condition.

Vic, who is the reception at the time I check in and check out, is also nice, super friendly and welcoming.

clean, comfortable, great location,
Pros:

I stayed at Cherry Orchard Inn both in 2024 and 2025. The property is generally well cared for, comfortable, clean, in a great location. I particularly appreciated the great water pressure and free parking available at all times. The front desk staff led by the manager Vic is gracious and helpful.

Cons:

Suggestions for improvement: 1) the front desk staff could pay a bit more attention to the requests included in the reservation. Even though they confirmed by an additional email that they will try to meet these, no room was available per my requests. I appreciated the fact that Vic went the extra mile to fix this, even though that meant I had to move to a different room next day. 2) The room wear and tear varies greatly from one room to another. A handyman should touch up regularly. 3) A food truck is parked in front of the hotel, on the El Camino Real side. This is not the hotel’s fault, but making efforts to help relocate it would benefit the hotel greatly.

Overall it was comfortable and the staff were amazing helpful and friendly.
Pros:

Very friendly and respectful staff and management.location was exceptional for areas in which we work. Very comfortable.

Cons:

The room could have been cleaner for sure. We were on the third floor, hot water only became lukewarm sad face.
