Parking not adequate
Close to where I needed to be.
Everything was good
Very clean. Good location. Good price for value.
Breakfast, while good, was a little struggle. One day we skipped bc there was an event and they hadn’t made adjustments for everyone to be there at the same time. And the second was still a little difficult just bc items were running out, limited seating. Staff was trying their best to be fair.
The staff were nice
The broken blinds, the broken phone, the loud interstate, the lack of options for people with allergies for breakfast.
Breakfast was ok,
-The bed was horribly soft and with a big dent in the middle, very difficult to get out of it.
-The a/c was to loud.
-An Open big cracks in the bath/shower wall, not safe.
-Front Desk staff checking-in/checking-out very poorly.
breakfast was good but they were out of eveything and replacing took some time. maybe one more person helping during busy times. Front desk guy was very friendly and helpful.
The extra lock on the door in the room had been removed. Hallways smelled of weed and must. Elevator made funny sounds and sounded like it could die at any minute. Hallways were loud most of the night. Possiable bedbuds as I woke up with strange bites. But I did not actually see any.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was extremely clean.
