This hotel is good for a couple days stay
Pros:

I like that it was quite, and clean

Cons:

Furniture was out dated,didn’t match. TV’s were to small out dated. I was in a big bed looking at a TV

The pillows were very hard and the noice level was high so we didn't sleep. There was no hand soap by the sink. Only body wash in the shower. The cleaning staff (the we passed in the halls) were very nice but the front desk person barely smiled.

We stayed twice going to and from Wisconsin from our home in Ohio, We would definately stay again.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful so we felt welcome. It was clean and quiet with a very comfortable bed so we slept well. The breakfast was good with a bit of variety - eggs, meat, potatoes, waffles, cereals, yogurt and more so we ate well! Thank You!!

There really wasn't anything we did not like.

Perfect for me and my family.
Pros:

My first time in Chicago with my family. I chose this property to be close to my itinerary. The hotel is situated in a quiet and chilly place. The hotel receptionist was kind and welcomed us warmly. The attendants were friendly and polite. The room was so spacious. I chose the assisted room for my mom. We enjoyed The breakfast.

Awesome home away from home experience! We felt comfy being here!
Pros:

This place was very nice! Staff was pleasant & helpful! Everything was clean!! Breakfast was great with a good time frame available. The pool was open. It was big enough to have everything needed & small enough to feel comfy!! The room itself was the perfect size & set up for our family!! We were here to see our son graduate bootcamp & hang out together—our family met up here!! Perfect location for what we needed!! If we make another trip to see him while in his school—we will definitely book here again!! Excellent !! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pros:

breakfast wasnt as appealing as you would hope not bad just no fruit milk wasnt cold enough
