I work 10 hrs days I want to be stress free when I come in to rest
Pros:

Very uncomfortable,Big roaches in bed, low water pressure, short staffed and I put a do not disturb sign and they entered my room anyways violated my privacy, took towels and trash and did not do the bed I don’t know what’s going on but someone should look into this

Dirty!
Pros:

Room probably one of the dirtiest rooms this old lady has ever stayed in. Surfaces grimy, sticky. or greasy. Sheets clean but covering a little iffy.
It did have a great shower nozzle with good water pressure.
It was quiet.

Horrible
Cons:

Booked an accessible room with king size bed and was told at check in it wasn’t available. Given a regular room with 2 queens and had to walk down a very long hallway. Charged $100 for 2 very small dogs! At bed time, the people above us sounded like a herd of cattle and it just went on and on. Used the shampoo and conditioner supplied in shower and it was horrid. Took 2 washes with my own to get it out of my hair. Not a good experience and not coming back!

The hotel and room was dirty. Our room was dusty and the bathroom sink and mirror looked like it hadn't been clean for awhile.
