The room was good but the bathroom set up is a bit unusual.
I’ve stayed at this property a few times when in town for concerts. Staff is always cordial and easy to work with, checking in/out is always smooth, rooms are always clean and it’s quiet and the price point is always good. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay.
We really only slept there having been with our grandson at U of E until 11:30 pm and left by 9 am. Everything was fine.

Don’t be fooled by the new paint, this place has issues. Mold in the bathroom and shower, graffiti in the elevator, lobby smells like weed. Also don’t be fooled by the free breakfast, it’s just bagels and yogurt. If you want anything substantial, you have to buy it from their “market”

Clean and very nice. Would recommend.
I’ll start with positive - comfy bed. Clean room that smelled nice.
Negative- lobby smelled like marijuana when we checked in. Clerk did not tell us that ice bucket and cups were not in room (they have them by ice machine- which we saw as we were leaving to check out). Only 1 towel in bathroom. All pillow cases were inside out and had tiny hard residue from laundry detergent on some of them (at least we knew they had been washed lol)
The AC was very loud in our room and the hotel smelled of pot in the main lobby
Clean nice
We recently stayed at a Spark by Hilton. This was a new hotel brand for us but felt that the name Hilton gave it a stellar reputation. What a disappointment.
As we opened the curtains we discovered black mold all across the bottom of the window. Also there was black mold on the shelf in the bathroom.
We reported the problem to the front desk and their response was that they would tell management. There was no contact from any employee or managment.
This is my first review with Hotels.com and my last stay at a Spark property.

Just wished breakfast had more hot items
Large room, very comfortable bed…TV was a little frustrating, other than live TV you had to sign up for a free trial for anything other. Even the music only channel.
Our go to Hotel in Evansville, IN.
Not a very clean hotel. It felt old and worn down. For the price it’s what you would expect.
We were quoted a room with shower only (which my husband needs) did not get one. Mattress was ok
I'm very pleased with the location and price it was very peaceful.
We need plug ins by the vanity
We were disappointed in the amenities, room layout, and inconsistent air conditioning.
