Cons:

Not clean. Extremely noisy. Floors were "tacky..sticky". Surfaces smeared over. Bad experience and I was shocked. I loved Microtel....but over past few years they have really disappointed. I won't book at a microtel again.

The staff was nice.. property wasn't up to par and stinks
Pros:

I liked the location and staff!

Cons:

I didn't like i wasn't aware it was under current construction and the pool what dirty! The pictures online looked nothing like the place or the pool

Friendly staff, clean, soft bed with plenty of pillows and NO BUGS!
Pros:

Nice property and friendly staff who gave us Otis Spunkmeyer cookies when we checked in and bottled water with our name on it when we left..never had a motel so that before..nice

Cons:

The outside of property was clean and building was beautiful although the inside could use quite a bit of updating

The microtel was a great value, stay, and location for us to attend the 127 Yardsale. The microtel was under remodeling
Pros:

Very close to things we needed (ex. Walmart, food, and destinations). Breakfast was also very good.

Cons:

Housekeeping was lacking at the time for our room.

No room for us with our reservation, staff friendly though.
Pros:

Staff are super nice.

Cons:

We booked a 1 room for 5 people. The room was supposed to sleep 5 people. 1 person had to sleep in the window seat because the site just allowd us to do so. The last hotel we stayed in had a pull out couch so a 5th person was comfortable. Thankfully we were only staying due to an electrical issue at our home and the job was done a day early because there wasnt any room for all of us so the 2nd night I spent the night alone as to not waste the money we spent. DO BETTER!!!!!! And the duck machine costs 3.75 to use. WHY???? WHAT A RIP OFF.
