The fact that the property was under construction renovation was not disclosed. Frankly for the price charges that was not a good value at all.

Overall very good stay. This was my third visit.

Well I had no room when we were trying to check in they had rented it to someone else so I had to drive home 2hours back home due to everything being booked for a huge ball tournament ! I’ll NEVER book with y’all again !!!

Cons:

Insect-Based spray in elevator, in bedroom and throughout the hotel. Air conditioning unit did not work. Telephone did not work. Had to request a move to another room. Too much spraying for insects. Hotel needs to be closed for remodeling. Great location but needs to be current. It's too expensive for its quality. If you are spraying for roaches like that, just remodel. I have asthma and had a horrible experience. It's not a Marriott brand. Should be refunded or compensated for Monroe LA trip. I was embarrassed. Blessings. -- JH
