Pros:

Ni bien entramos nos recepcionaron hablando en Español. (Lo mas).
Muy bien ubicado, es para pasajeros que le guste estar bien en el centro del ruido.
A pesar de eso esta tan bien insonorizado que adentro no se escucha nada.
Las habitaciones muy amplias.
Las camas grandes y comodas.
El baño y la ducha con buena presión.
Te dejan cafe y te todos los dias.
La zona de la pileta divina con el marco de un edificio muy antiguo
El personal es muy amable.

It was fine, but I wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

It gave us a chance to spend an evening in the middle of the Bourbon Street scene. It was easy to explore the French corner for a day. Our room faced the back of the hotel, and it was quiet.

Cons:

The staff wasn’t very friendly. The rooms felt like you were in a motel on a roadtrip. The windows didn’t open. There was no complimentary coffee in the lobby.

Had fun in New Orleans. Wished hotel front desk staffs can do better service.

Check-in counter staffs are dry and unfriendly but

Fantastic location and staff, can’t wait to stay here again!
Pros:

The location on Bourbon was fantastic! An easy walk to Jackson Square or down to Canal Street for the Mardi Gras parades. Valet parking was easy and staff were so kind from start to finish!

Cons:

The elevators are a bit slow at times but it’s an old French Quarter building so thats probably a big part of it.
