Would not recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Smelled good inside

Cons:

It’s located across from a Latin Bar that is open Thursday-Saturday and the Bar blasted their music so loud that we had to move rooms.

Pros:

Bed were super comfortable, balconies provided a nice view. And staff was wonderful

House keeping would knock at 9:30 am when I was still sleeping and never came back to clean the room

Our stay was comfortable.
Pros:

It is in a Perfect Location. They gave us a quiet room. Good service from front desk and cleaning staff. Hotel lobby and hallways are bright and clean. The beds were comfortable and good clean linen.

Cons:

There are worn through parts in the carpet in the bedroom.
There are numerous places where wood is broken and paint peeling in the bathroom .
The pool and pool area is unattractive and uninviting.

Lots of fun
Pros:

I loved the location on the corner of Bourbon and Toulouse streets. Easy walk to everywhere. Sun-Wed noise levels not to bad, Thurs-Sat very loud, but so much fun! They provide earplugs. Fun sitting on the balcony watching Bourban street. If you don’t want noise then stay overlooking pool or side street. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Would be good if they gave enough water per guest rather than 1 bottle per room.

Great location, definitely a lot of walking around , not pricey in bar had excellent live music
Pros:

Easy to get to, it was very clean, good choices on breakfast menu

Cons:

Unfortunately u have to paid for parking expenses per day in there own private property! Shouldn’t have charged or a least discount it

Pros:

Fantastic building in an amazing area, hotel was clean and well kept, staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

For me personally the noise from bourbon st was just too much, we had a balcony room facing Toulouse st and it was still way to noisy, the provided earplugs on the bedside table were perfect and helped a lot.
