Fabulous location, all staff was phenomenal. Definitely our go to hotel next visit to New Orleans!
Pros:

The staff was outstanding - from concierge, to front office staff and housekeeping. Located right on Bourbon Street within walking distance of all attractions in the French Quarter. Room was spacious and comfortable and very clean. Even though we were on Bourbon Street, the room was quiet.

Pros:

Emplacement idéal dans la nouvelle Orléans, même si un peu bruyant.service de voiturier au top. Petit déjeuner au choix au restaurant.

Cons:

Personnel de la réception peu agréable, chambres non refaites depuis longtemps qui mériteraient un bon rafraîchissement voire renovation

Great hotel, I would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Breakfast was really good last day service was really slow, we waited to be seated maybe 10 minutes with open seats and no one in front of us.

Lovely stay at the French Quarter.
Pros:

They allowed us to check in early with no charge, I am a member. The staff were incredibly friendly and the hotel was immaculate.

Pros:
