Pros:

Best spot for bourbon street fun and all the French Quarter history! Second trip was amazing can’t wait to plan my third one will always be back to this location! Staff and door security are amazing and helpful as well!

We had a great stay!
Pros:

The location, the room was comfortable and my wife and I slept great which is unusual for us . I paid $20 for breakfast the next morning and it was HUGE & delicious. We had a great time.

The bathroom room is small and the bathroom door very narrow, trash basket was right below my toilet paper holder, deadbolt was not functioning, unable to lock the door. House cleaning didn’t clean my toilet seat and had stains on it, didn’t refill my daily coffee or tea bags, besides the coffee maker is dirty inside. Notified the hotel about the deadbolt, no one fixed it , front desk staff named Shannon apologized to me and tried to make me feel better by giving me some coffee and teas in the bag, also a bag of popcorn, which was nice. No coffee in the hall were available for the guests.😕
