We had a lovely stay in this apartment. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town in Cluj, making it ideal for exploring the area. The apartment itself was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The two cleaning staff we met outside were especially friendly and went out of their way to welcome us, which was a really nice touch.
If I had to mention a small downside, it would be the pillows, which were a bit flat—but even that was manageable and didn’t take away from an overall great experience.
Everything
Clean , and on bourbon street

Location. Ambience. Great staff. Clean. Classy.
Nothing
Tout était très propre et confort
Les chambres qui donnent sur la rue peuvent être très bruyantes. L’hôtel met à disposition des boules quies mais il peut être difficile de dormir avec le bruit.
Great location and good size room
Bathroom was a little cramped
Perfect location for Bourbon St. Helpful staff
Very very noisy even at the back of the hotel, partly because windows aren't double-glazed. Parking very expensive. No restaurant, outrageously expensive.
Central Quarter location.
BAIT & SWITCH! The room is NOT the room pictured, but a very inferior room with a marginal view, NOT the view advertised or shown (see pictures). Despite the Do Not Disturb sign, staff barged in the room without knocking "to clean". Very sketchy. The shower pressure is barely a trickle of water. And it's EXTREMELY LOUD ALL NIGHT, although it us the Quarter so somewhat expected. Outrageous cost for a subpar experience.
The pool area was really nice. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Little outdated.
It is right across from La Habana Hemingway Cigars and Fuego Bourbon, a very loud Hispanic music nightclub. Excellent location, just a few blocks down Bourbon and Canal.
The hotel is clean and comfortable. They take security very seriously. To get in, you will have to show your room key because, logically, at night, there is really high traffic of people, either just getting out of the three nightclubs across from it, or just drunk people strolling up and down Bourbon St.
The restaurant was great, with amazing coffee and breakfast sandwiches. TK, Cecilia, and Javier took great care in making us feel welcomed every morning in the restaurant.
The room and bathroom were clean, bed was comfortable. I had an early flight on our last day, and there was no water that day when we woke up, so it was a bit challenging. I had reserved a room facing Bourbon St. because my daughter-in-law wanted to take some of her wedding pictures on the lovely balconies; however, they gave us a room on the 4th floor, which means the balconies were small, not the cool New Orleans balcony. I had emailed Ronita about this when I received their welcoming email a few days prior to the trip, but got no response. Once at the hotel, I spoke to the front desk, and they said we couldn't take some pictures. It is what it is.
Alexandra was very pleasant on the night we arrived, spoke to my mom in Spanish, and made her feel welcome.
