Cons:

I was not pleased with the cleanliness of the room--the fold out bed had a large stain and they ran out of towels, and only clean the rooms every other day.

Didn’t have enough luggage carts… had to make multiple trips to get a couple heavy things to the car

Fantastic! So much so, we stayed an extra day. Now you rate.
Pros:

Let me tell you, we did not get suites next to each other, on the same floor not far, there was stuck gum on our floor upon arrival, we had a little fiasco with our shower, but this Hilton Mangement and staff are rated excellent because no matter what our concern was, they were there for us immediately. I love this Hilton, it was my second time there.

Cons:

There was Not much i didn't like. We went to the beach, park, enjoyed the spa. Our rooms were comfortable. Everything was convenient, the area was lit. Didn't take a lot of pics, but trust me, we didn't need them.

I did not feel safe like something was gonna happen at any minute
Pros:

The room was spacious and really nice.

Cons:

I felt a little unsafe. There was an armed police officer and a bulletproof vest on guard. I wasn’t sure if they had problems in the past.

Cleanliness makes a big difference!!!
Pros:

Did not eat there. My stay on 13 did not like the room. Furniture and flooring need to be updated. Bathroom small. Loved my Spacious room on 14. Carpet need update and some chairs are old and dirty. Probably like that in every room! Loved the den and bedroom also the window view. Had flying nats. But loved the size of the room!! No phone service!!!

Cons:

One chair very dirty. Others need cleaning. Bathroom in junior room was nice size!

Good place to stay but they don’t care about your requests for cleaning the room.
Pros:

I didn’t get breakfast. I prefer going out and having it more for less money.

Cons:

I stayed for 4 nights and my room wasn’t cleaned, even though I asked, for at least, one day cleaning. My trash cans were full and I had to buy more supplies (toilet paper). There was a sign in my room about cleaning days (will be any other day). But it wasn’t done that way! 😔
