If you’re looking for something basic, that does have a pool and free breakfast, this should fit your needs.
Pros:

It was close to friends with whom I was visiting.

Cons:

It needs some work done on the window treatments. The first room I stayed in, the shears look like they had been slashed. I reported that to the staff, and he explained that they were in the midst of renovating all of the rooms. The second room that I had, the shears also were slashed.

This would be a message for any and all hotels. Not everyone who needs a shower seat, needs to be in a handicapped room that is fitted for those who need more than that.
Because I hadn’t requested a handicapped room, I was unable to get a shower seat. Surely there should be extra ones around for this purpose. I was able to make do with some creative use of what was available in the room.

Close to downtown

Cons:

Noisy at times to be expected, but housekeeping was so loud in the mornings and getting treated for a brain injury (why i was staying in first place) this wasnt pleasant. 2nd floor was the noisiest, didn't hear much on 3rd floor. Overall wasn't a bad stay.

Rooms were clean. Location was close to amenities.

Cons:

Drawer handles were loose or gone on nightstand, headboard was worn looking. Air conditioner unit didn’t cool. I wish they could improve their pool area

Saved money to sacrifice comfort and sleep.
Pros:

The location was very convenient. Chairs and couches looked new. Complete mattress covers that zipped up.

Cons:

Beds were extremely firm to the point of being uncomfortable. The hotel room had a distinct odor that wasn't pleasant. The hotel lobby smelled as though they were trying to cover up other smells.

Great location for a wedding we were attending. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Thought the whole place had a very musty smell. The breakfast seemed a lot less than what we thought it was going to be especially for the price of the room.
