Cons:

Our heater did not work and actually started to catch on fire in the morning we had no heat most of the night. We gave the manager 4 days to call and talk to us in which she did not. I asked for a discount since that night we did receive several inches of snow so it was very cold. Had she reached out it would've been different.

The location was close to where we were at and I liked that they had a pool and spa unfortunately wasn't able to use it

Cons:

The pool and spa was overrun by kids with no parents and it was very loud and not very relaxing at all.

Not planning on using this property on my next visit to the area.
Pros:

There was handicap parking.

Cons:

The breakfast was minimal, and the food was nearly tasteless. There was a childrens overnight birthday party with yelling children in the hall most of the night. Front desk refused to provide a receipt for the stay, saying it had to come from Booking.com.
