It was a really hard time for me, and the staff, especially Chonte(spelling)made it a little easier. She was especially kind. You see, I took my cat with me as I was having her put to sleep the next day. I didn't want her to spend her last night in a hot, smoke filled apt(it was the time of the Canada wildfires smoke). That night gave me, my friend and family time to spend with my precious cat Jasmine, and to say goodbye(the best we could). She was really kind, refusing to charge me for the usual deposit. She heard my story and offered me a hug. She even hugged me when I left(I spent two nights) as I was bereft of my best friend.
The second morning we went to get the breakfast and when we came back to the room, someone had already started stripping it. We ended up putting the do not disturb sign on and no one bothered us again that morning before we checked out.
Carpet and chair had spots on them.

I paid for room then was told they want to come olin and clean so I went to the store when I came back they told me there was a scratch on the table but there wasn't it was a little discoloration which was there and told me I had to leave and was charging my card 250 the table cost probably 40 dollars then they had there security guard kick me out . And kept my money . It was ridiculous never stay there again
Nothing the staff treat u poorly the motel just looks for a reason to kick u out and keep your money and hit your card for 250. I would not recommend staying there unless u just want to give them money for nothing
The staff is terrible especially a foreign lady with dark hair she is the worst she just looks for a reason to lick u put and hit your card for 250 and keep your money u paid to stay there claims there was a scratch in a table it wasn't a scratch it was discoloration that was there when I rented the room .wouldn't recommend staying there. Staff was not helpful besides the gentleman for breakfast, he is wonderful. I walked in and they told my they couldn't find my reservation so I needed to figure that out myself...um what? So my fiance booked a new room under his name while I tried contacting the booking site. We got to the room which instead of having 2 twins we were given 1 king with a twin pullout...definitely too small for 2 preteens.the pullout had bowel stains and hair all over it so we requested to move & then the new room sale style smelled of mold, probably because it was all on the window and in the shower. The pool was small, hotel is not taken care of at all, dirty detailing everywhere, I've had better stays at a red roof. Our keys didnt work for the pool or side doors.

The breakfast. We can make waffles but they keep the butter refrigerated and can’t spread on the waffles. Thaw it out a bit before serving time!
