A large clean and refreshing hotel!
Pros:

We were greeted with a smile when we entered the facility. The hotel overall seemed clean and new.
Our room was very clean and comfortable, with the decor appealing. I liked the walk-in shower and layout of the bathroom.
I enjoyed the made to order breakfast in the morning with my wife and the people that waited on us were very friendly and sociable.
I would definitely stay again.

Cons:

I did not like the road closures leading up to it with the construction that is going on all summer. But I was able to navigate through it so it wasn't terrible.

Im not satisfied the way my rewards was not added and charging me for a night I never stayed.

This was a great hotel for the cost and met our expectations.
Pros:

King bed was comfortable and TV was easy to work. Bathroom was comfortable and clean. Location was easy off the interstate considering all the road work around MSP.

Cons:

The A/C was noisy with metal vibration but got as cold as we needed it. Breakfast was not free included with the room with limited options.

Disappointed
Pros:

Clean, comfortable.

Cons:

Room next to me had kids partying. I was down at the front desk at 1am begging them to put an end to it. Called again and the partying ended by 2:30am. Very disappointed in the stay, barely got any sleep. Reported the incident and received NO apology or response from this incident. Disappointed and will not return.

Clean rooms but rude staff and workers unwilling to do their job.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and similar to the pictures online. The hotel staff member Sunday morning for checkout was very amazing, so welcoming and pleasant.

Cons:

We had 2 guests of our party check in a little earlier than the rest and the first staff member on Friday afternoon was not very pleasant or welcoming. Saturday night we left Edina early to have a night at the hotel bar which closed at least 30 minutes early and the bartender was actually out back on the patio drinking with friends. Very frustrating experience. Also, I understand $5 a day per vehicle for parking isn't a lot but seems unnecessary when the parking lot is huge and nothing else is around it.
