bad hotel stay ever had a room were the TV did not work was not offered another room. Drain in sink was really really slow some broken sockets key to from door did not work had to wait for staff to open.

This hotel is a disgusting place and completely unacceptable. It smells bad, and there is a strong cigarette odor everywhere, even in non-smoking areas. The room is in very poor condition: the lights do not work, there are broken items in the room, and dead bugs were found. The place feels unsafe, and the overall atmosphere is extremely uncomfortable. There are also very strange people around the property. I would strongly not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The worst hotel I've ever been too. The staff was so mean and unbelievably rude and not just one worker literally every worker that I interacted with on every shift!! They overcharged us and then wouldn't give us a refund. We were told to go call the people whoever that is. We asked for a manager or corporate number they told us to Google it. They have cockroaches. They had zero toilet paper no towels and dont dare ask the front desk for anything because you wont get it. It took us 3 days to finally get a towel. I could go on and on about how terrible it was. Let's just say i would never recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Just completely awful. People blaring music in their rooms. Roaches everywhere. The two front desk ladies were very unprofessional and rude. I saw A Lady come out of her room outside with only a towel on, and I mean outside like outside of the actual motel itself. Whole place was disgusting.

The rooms door didn't close unless u picked up in it. Was whole in the bathroom door, and shower stall. Had tape in the fire sprinkler.

Me and a friend booked a room here but only stayed about 20 minutes after seeing bugs, the bedding had 2 burn holes in it but yet they left it, ceiling fan was missing one of the panels, the floor was majorly broken, bathroom door did not shut, walls were stained and when we tried speaking to the staff they immediately cut me off and tried rushing us out. Awful experience.

Yes everything was great

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. Smells like smoke, there were multiple burn holes in all of the blankets/sheets provided. There were blood stains on the mattress when we checked for bedbugs and also what looked like blood splatter on the lampshade. Then come to find out there was a murder in one of the rooms in 2023 at this location. Very sketchy. There was a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom and missing tile with mold present. Shower was dirty. I absolutely would not recommend staying here. The pictures online of the rooms are also false advertising. It did not look like that.

The room was loaded with cockroaches and when I address my concern about the problem to the desk attendant ,, she just told me that they’re aware of it and are working on it ,, but let me tell you ,, this place is gonna have a bigger problem at a later time because I s gonna be infested before their eyes and is not good for everyone that tries to get some rest at this place.

The place is not at all the way is presented on the Expedia site. The hotel is dirty, sheets are dirty, there a wholes on the walls, the staff is rude and the place aside from being dirty has a horrible weed smell all throughout. Don’t go there, look for another option.

The overall condition of the property is so bad that it makes you question if Days Inn/Wyndham has any facility condition requirements for franchise owners. The entry door to my room did not close without being lifted and placed into the door frame. The toilet was not securely mounted to the floor subsequently resulting in it moving during use. The only positive is the staff was friendly and did their best to make my stay pleasant given the lodging conditions.

The hotels were very old and had just anand had just a few updated.

It was the dirtiest and most run down hotel I have been to ever! the floors were sticky and I wore socks the whole time and they were black on the bottom! the towels were worn and had black dirty looking stains on them. The free breakfast was sparse and not appealing.

Breakfast buffet was limited and dining area was not clean.
Strong odor of weed throughout.

Most of the staff was very polite, but one older blonde lady was loudly complaining every time I saw her, once about patrons being upset when their reservations were not accepted or yelling about how unappreciated she felt on our floor at 11pm. Additionally, the floor of the room was greasy (we slid around in our sneakers); the doors were matching: there were phone numbers scratched into the door to the room and the bathroom door had been punched in; the towel rack was missing with one of the stands for it dangling from the wall. One of our lamps was missing both a lampshade and bulb. The bedsheets had holes and stains, as did the mattress (no bedbugs that we found though!)

I should have read more reviews. The room is torn up. The lady asking for ant spray at the front desk was not reassuring, but prepared me for the condition of the room.

What I don't like is that from you website the room said smoking. But when I got here it was non smoking.

well only stayed one night. the biggest thing that upset me was the. 100$ depost. there was no mention what so ever. on the phone. website. cause i even called.to. i was shocked. so i had to run to atm to get money

sink leaked badly. blinds broken. changed rooms. not very clean. carpet damp from earlier cleaning. this sink barely trickled. no shower curtain. TV remote batteries died. Key card did not work on second day.
Staff was friendly and helpful, but the issues seemed endless.
