The staff was friendly, especially the lady taking care of the breakfast area.
Where to start. The photos are COMPLETELY misleading. The place is cramped, dark, smelly and completely old and run down.
The room was cleanish... The air-conditioning unit had mold in it. The smell was quite strong, it smelled like old carpet and humidity. And the worst part was that you could hear everything from the street, the cars passing, people in the parking lot, people in other rooms - the room literally shakes when someone walks in other rooms. It was an unbelievably bad experience.
The breakfast area is quite honestly a joke, the photos are completely misleading, it's a cramped room that doesn't fit the number of guests even remotely, the food quality is okay, but even the cutlery and plates are plastic and disposable. I can't really wrap my mind around how someone would give such high ratings to a breakfast experience like this.
Value for money is non-existent, as it is not that cheap for the experience you get

Day was OK, hot breakfast was not hot. I had booked two rooms and they took $100 deposit on each and I haven’t gotten it back yet.

Outdated cramped and small. Holes and rips in the carpet blood stains on the bed sheets Just disgusting. Stinking cigarette smoke kept us awake. Staff called us at 1 AM saying cigarette smoke was coming from our room. That was plain ignorance I don’t smoke period. Very unprofessional.

Free breakfast buffet was one of the best we've ever had. We had an issue with an extremely loud party in the room next door. The front desk was very helpful and moved us to a different floor and room. Hotel location was very close to the Biltmore Estate. If ever back in the area, we would definitely book there again.
