Pros:

Staff was very nice when checking in. The location of the hotel was perfect for where we needed to go.
The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The breakfast room is way too small. People tripping all over each other just trying to eat😡

Perfectly located, clean and well priced.
Pros:

We had an excellent stay. The property was clean, comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was also excellent and very well maintained. I’d definitely recommend

Great location for reasonable price
Pros:

Location is great for a visit to Biltmore Estate. Room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

There was a little traffic noise but not enough to keep me awake.

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable with a good breakfast selection.
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable great selection of food for breakfast. Fridge was in a cupboard which was great as they do make a noise. Sink area was separate from the bathroom which has its benefits. Good wifi.

Cons:

A little bit sparse on plug sockets and charging points.

Hotel was nice, clean and had a good breakfast.

Cons:

I hate a 4 pm check in time! It used to be 3 pm...why change it? that is late enough anyway. It should be 2 pm honestly! And, most people will check out way before allocated check out time.
For people traveling long distances, an earlier check in time is very important because once you get to your destination you are tired and ready to get in and settled and rest some.

Typical Asheville hotel.
Pros:

Good location. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The rooms smelled like pot as did the lobby.. but that’s everything and everywhere in Asheville. Also random homeless people wandering the parking lots.. but then again.. thats Asheville.
