Great location the Biltmore and comfortable room
Pros:

The location was perfect for my solo visit to the Biltmore for the King Tut exhibit. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was adequate; eggs weren't very good. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Cons:

As with most hotel breakfast buffets, the hot water container had previously been used for coffee. As a habitual tea drinker, this is a no no. Once it has had coffee in it, it will always taste like coffee. I appeal to the tea drinkers of the world to remind every hotel in the U.S.A. to designate one container for water only please. Other than that, all was good.

If I would have paid full price I'd be pissed.
Pros:

Very clean room and building. The size of my room was very nice!!

Cons:

Staff could hardly be bothered to speak with me when I came in since I did a pre check in. Pool and hot tub filter systems need to be updated. Pillows are TERRIBLE they look nice and fluffy but go flat in an instance. The soap and shampoo they are using have a terrible piney man smell. I also did not like being bothered to do a pre check out via text. I know it's not required but receiving it makes you feel rushed. My room also had a terrible view all I could see outside was the back of the baymont sign.

Close to the Biltmore

Cons:

I booked for 3 days. One of those days was added. On Sunday I received notice that I needed to checkout by 11. I emailed and said I had one more day, could they look at that? Nothing. I packed and went downstairs, handed in my card and left . I was almost through South Carolina when they contacted me and told me I had one more day. I asked for a refund and they said no.

Pros:

The staff at checking was very welcoming and helpful in getting us to attractions and restaurants . In fact we were so happy we booked another wyndom for our next stay
