My husband and I needed a reasonably priced place to stay overnight for early morning doctor’s appointment.
Pros:

It was clean and good value.

Cons:

Bathroom was small. Lots of places to eat, etc but that means lots of traffic.

Definitely Stay Here
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and took pride in all they did. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but it is super clean, and the bed and sheets were sooooo comfortable. The free breakfast was great, with a huge variety. The jacuzzi and pool were heated perfectly and very clean. We were very pleasantly surprised and will definitely stay here again.

Will most definitely stay again when I'm in Asheville at The VA hospital for care
Pros:

Breakfast was really good especially sausage gravy and the workers were very friendly especially the Hispanic woman in the breakfast station

Cons:

Pillowst are a little hard but no worries

Highly recommend this hotel
Pros:

I can’t say enough good about this place. Stayed there 3 days to tour the Biltmore. Great location for that and for eating out. Breakfast was outstanding with a sweet lady who worked hard at keeping it well stocked for the full house that was there. Friendly staff that cared about the needs of their guests.

Cons:

The mirror over the sink needs to be replaced. It’s just tacky looking from cleaning I guess and does the room a disservice. It’s a small thing.

Turning left on Henderson Hwy. Sheesh. Directions on how to get out at a light were not to date as the road was closed at the top of the hill.

Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. lots of traffic on the street, but the room was quiet.
Breakfast was sufficient and good. Seating was adequate every morning. Adjacent gas/convenience store was a plus, as was the nearby steakhouse.

Cons:

Elevator was somewhat slow, but not a problem.
Traffic out front was quite heavy at times, but that was because of the convenient location.
