There are areas that need improvement.
Pros:

Front desk staff. Room size, and overall cleanliness.

Cons:

Toilet randomly ran through the night, over powering pungent smell used to hide what appeared to be dankness. Couldn't experience breakfast because you offered no turkey or chicken products, just pork!

Overall, it was okay for one night. I'm not sure how I would have felt about it with a longer stay.
Pros:

Room was nice and clean. Cleaning staff were pleasant and offered smiles is passing. Breakfast was really good. Many options to choose from.

Cons:

Front desk staff. She was rude and argumentative about my debit/credit card I gave her to put on file even though I'd already paid for the room online. My debit card is ALSO a Visa card and she argued with me about "preferring" a credit card. When I told her no, the card I gave her was sufficient, she then argued with my husband about the card. He told her to read the card, it said "Visa" on it which means it could be used as a credit card as well. She didn't seem to know that, which was ridiculous. When we saw her the next morning in passing, her negative facial expression was noticed as well.

The chlorine smell in the pool area was very overpowering and burned my throat.

The room was so much more than i expected
Pros:

The room was incredible, the staff at the front desk was super helpful when we had a minor issue with a soda vending machine

Cons:

i suppose it could have a better vending machine that worked better. but honestly this is nothing. it was a nice little bonus and since the front desk staff was so helpful the minor issue we encountered was nothing since the staff was so helpful

Pros:

Staff were fantastic and the location was great for what we had planned.

Cons:

Carpets were showing plenty of wear in our room and would have liked more coffee options in the room.

Other than the bathroom issue, we enjoyed our stay at the Baymont/
Pros:

We liked the location. We were able to easily move around to some of the locations we were interested in visiting.
We especially like that this hotel’s main desk had typed up specific directions to the Biltmore House as well as alternative directions when traffic was heavier than normal-very thoughtful.

Cons:

The toilet in our room was slow functioning(had to flush twice every time it was used) in the first few days. We were planning to depart early our last morning so I wanted to report the issue w/ the toilet at least to alert the staff. On the night before we departed(after 11pm & husband asleep) the toilet would not flush. I had experienced issues like this at home, so I went to front desk to report it & get a plunger. I was hesitant to flush due to how high water was in bowl. Ipersonally used the bathroom near the front desk because I just could not wait. I plunged & plunged in the middle of the night and eventually by morning, the water receded. Unfortunately for my husband and I, we felt we should not aggrevate any issues with the toilet and did not use it in the morning of out deprture.
