Better communication from staff in an emergency!
Pros:

Everything but the communication from staff in the emergency!!

Cons:

There was an evacuation for a fire at our stay. However, there wasn’t good communication from the staff during the process. Not even a person to come out to tell us where to congregate. No one ever said anything to us at all. We went back into the building and sat around until people just started going back to their rooms. Seems as though someone should have at least made sure everyone was out the building by room numbers. Other than that it was great!!

It was a great stay for a one nighter especially having 4 kids with us.

I likely wont be back.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The service at breakfast was terrible. Waiters were slow and coffee cold. Multiple people around me were complaining.

The hotel was very nice enjoy my stay.

This hotel was very clean and spacious. I enjoy my stay. This will be my hotel for my next vacation.

Cons:

The only problem the room is not cool enough, I kept waking up because I kept getting hot. We should be able to control the temperature.
