Hilton Charlotte Airport

Returned from a week of vacation to find my vehicle had been broken into. Paid extra for parking, front desk was very unhelpful and stated that this was the second recent break in. The room we had before the trip was ok, several things in need of repair. Definitely would not feel comfortable staying here again until the security level is greatly improved.

Absolutely horrible experience, they allow their conference rooms to be booked for parties to 3am, leading the the rooms shaking from the bass. Staff not willing to help or relocate and do not give any advance note. Avoid at all costs!

first of all the shuttle from the airport was awesome. it arrived on time, and quite a few of us hopped on. this was operated by Mr Jeff. He also was the gentleman, who went into the kitchen to get me teabags and sweetner, one morning. I thought that was very nice of him as the lady in the front told me that they only had coffee and did not offer to help. Not a nice woman. Other than that the stay was good and clean. Breakfast was pricey but we paid half price of twenty dollars since we were there on a convention. Parking was twelve dollars. Kudos goes who Naedia who checked up in. she said she was the night auditor, but she went above and beyond. thank you young lady. she is definately a keeper, along with Jeff. There was also a food supervisor in charge, who was of caribbean descent, who was wonderful at breakfast. Another keeper. Some of the waiters, not so much. Especially the men. they definately need to up their game. Other than that, it was a nice stay. And yes, i would definately, recommend and stay there again.

If you need a place that offers breakfast and has available staff forget about this place! Upon checking they gave me a piece of paper saying they have two options of breakfast: one starting at 6am and another one staring at 6:30am.
I stayed there up to 6:40am and nothing. And what was worse: not a single staff at the guest area to at least answer about it!

Need to get some luggage carts. I have stayed here nearly 30 times and there is never any carts. My wife ask the cleaning lady if there was any carts and she couldn't locate one.. She offered to help my wife carry in her luggage. I thought that was very nice of her to offer. But this is the Hilton. Not the motel Six. I think most people expect much better so quit being so cheap and buy some luggage carts for your guest to use and be the Hilton you use to be.

The property is nice and quiet, mainly because there is nothing else going on here.

Very good. Housekeeping was a little below expectations but other than that things were pretty good

Room had a few issues: shower handle would come off in my hand when turning water off/on, sticky substance (with short hair attached) was on shower tile from first day to last, and batroom exhaust fan didn't exhaust much.

I love everything about this hotel. I’ve been here multiple occasions . Great service !!

The hotel layout and design were efficient, especially for the conference we attended. But the real reason I gave a 5-star rating was the outstanding service from a few staff members who made my stay truly memorable.

A big shout-out to Yolanda at the front desk, who helped me ship out a box with a smile and a great attitude. Kaicey took accountability for a small error and went above and beyond to make things right for one of our party members. And lastly, Rebecca was simply awesome—her upbeat attitude, even at the end of the night when the restaurant was closing, made our dining experience that much better.
