Spacious room very nice checkin area

Cons:

We called the front desk and asked house keeping for a sheet for pullout bed. The sheet in the room closet was damp not fully dry. After 40 mins we called a 2nd time again no response. We never had anyone come to the room to drop off a sheet it was late so we did not go down to desk I had already taken a shower and had on a robe awaiting the sheet. So went to bed at 11pm without it.

Better communication from staff in an emergency!

Everything but the communication from staff in the emergency!!

Cons:

There was an evacuation for a fire at our stay. However, there wasn’t good communication from the staff during the process. Not even a person to come out to tell us where to congregate. No one ever said anything to us at all. We went back into the building and sat around until people just started going back to their rooms. Seems as though someone should have at least made sure everyone was out the building by room numbers. Other than that it was great!!
