This is a decent hotel for the money. The rooms arent cleaned very well at all. All the rooms I been in had something missing or something didn't work. They offer coffee in the lounge but never have cups, creamer or sugar. Your more then welcomed to a black coffee if you have your own cup though.
Room and bathroom in need of much maintenance and cleaning. Operator should be embarrassed to provide such poor accommodation cleanliness and maintenance conditions.
I was very disappointed with my stay. The toilet had stain around the inside rim and stains in the bowl. The bath tub had mold around the drain and at the floor. There was blood stains on the bathroom wall. The bed cover was stained and stains on the sheets. There were dust bunnies around the room. The desk chair wouldn't fit to to desk. The other chair was stained. The general appearance of the room looked twenty years old. We bath tub was so bad that we skipped taking a shower. We should have left the Comfort Inn if we hadn't been on the road for eight hours. If will never stay at this Comfort Inn again!
An okay stay, I sleep in so didn’t make use of the breakfast. Would stay again
Not a good experience. As a longtime resident of Mount Holly, I thought the Comfort Inn on Route 541 would be perfect for my sister traveling from Florida with her caregiver for four days at the end of September. She was immediately struck by the uncleanliness of the bathroom. She was also uneasy by the fact that there were no stoppers in the sink or tub, afraid she would lose jewelry and there was no working exhaust in the bathroom so her towels were always wet.
In general, an inattentive staff as well. I will not be recommending this hotel to my friends and family coming here to visit as the Comfort Inn is not at all comfortable.

The manager/staff were very friendly, very polite, I asked for them to clean my room on the 3rd day and it wasn’t a problem , I’m surprised I had to even ask to get my room cleaned , anytime I asked for new towels and soap it wasn’t a problem the manager gave me a smile and was super friendly. The room was very dingy and out of date , the shower Matt looked moldy underneath and peeling up, the under cabinets and under bed was dirty , there were broken and dingy wires behind the bed stands , my side of the bed the charger and usb charger was broken , when we first came in the room there was either a bottle of piss orsoke type of water bottle that looked nasty left inside the mini fridge , although I did not trust my toddler to run around the room it was not the worst hotel I’ve been to, the friendliness of the manager and staff made me leave more stars , you would think for the price you would be getting something a little more decent
Horrible service!! The front desk at night said in order to get new towels, we have to bring our dirty towels to the front desk. That’s ridiculous. No hotel I been to , I needed to bring dirty towels down to réception. Horrible service. So terrible.
The next morning another man at the front desk gave us clean towels no questions asked. Thankfully because of him we were able to shower with clean towels.

We stayed for 4+ days never came to clean our room..trash piled up dirty sheets neverrrr replaced the towels washing machine is broke took our money never got repayed honestly don’t stay here unless it’s emergency or last resort not clean shower has frustrating ass shower curtain

Nothing to do around this lovation
The hotel and the room were clean and comfortable. The lady who checked us in was nice and personable. They had a continental breakfast, but we missed it. We only stayed one night, so we did not have time to check out the pool. The interior needs an update, but it was good for what we were looking for. Also, the mood lighting in the room was a nice surprise. Very close to IHOP, Cracker Barrel, Target, Walmart, etc. Great location!
