I wouldn’t stay here again nor would I recommended this to a family looking to stay in Garda due to very poor service.
Pros:

New, clean rooms.

Cons:

The service is very poor. I would suggest they should be more forthright about not being a serviced apartment. Limited supplies (only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 adults and 2 children for 4 nights). We had to make up the sofa bed ourselves, they only supplied the linen. Check in is difficult if you’re not able to get there when it suits them! No flexibility at all with this so don’t even bother asking. Staff not really willing to go out of their way to help even with young children. I would understand if the price was cheaper but this is not a cheap property to stay yet the service was not up to standard. Disappointing.

Beautiful views, great pool, comfortable accommodation.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly from check in to check out. The room had everything we needed and was comfortable and the pool was lovely.

Nothing, it was a great stay.

Väldigt nöjd! Åker vi till Garda igen så kommer detta hotell bokas!
Pros:

Väldigt fint! Trevlig personal, fina rum och kan varmt rekommendera! Bodde med fru och två barn och vi alla trivdes mycket bra! Mycket bra med ac i varje rum vilket passade när det var extremvärme just när vi var där.
Stor terrass och skönt att kunna laga mat i ett
Modernt kök! Mycket bra parkering! Allt tipp topp!

Cons:

Poolen var mycket fin och uppskattad av kanske lite för många med bollekar trots att det inte var enligt reglerna. Hade varit bra om anställda sagt till. Men en petitess i sammanhanget!
